translation of the snippet of interview of Yuzuru, Nobu and Shoma, full interview will be aired on 18th, another video to look forward to![]()
Japanese people have such a strange way of talking frankly about toilet matters.
In other countries is a taboo topic, but one of my child-hood books was all about poo. I think every child has that book (or several like it) in Japan. -And I don't mean Winnie the Pooh.
It was about the digestive system. I thought I was alone on the whole book thing when my mother bought it.I wonder what Yuzu does have plans for in the future. 3 years is easy: Olympics! But after is a total blank for me. I know he will still do ice shows and skate but what else? Coach? Choreographer? Commentator? Others?

Thanks matmuh for the link. Looking forward to hear his thoughts about love and marriage.
Yuzuru's admission of getting nervous easily and often getting stomach ache and the runs before competition reminds me of this comment about him by Igor Bobrin before Yuzuru became Olympic and World champion: "..he doesn't have the nerves of steel. But, nevertheless, he has already gain quite a big competitive experience, he has proven more than once that at the decisive moments he can 'gather' himself." (http://evgeni-plushenko.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6&p=80616, emphasis added) So he is a good, even if not a nerveless. competitor, and as his TJ teammates opined, the most courageous of them all in competition.![]()

Another version of translation says it is Yuzu who revealed his plan in 15 yrs and Nobu said that was too private. Which one is correct?

The first one = It's Nobu who revealed his plan and Yuzuru who said that was too private. At least, it's how I understand it (I'm not japanese...if someone can confirm ? )![]()
If Brian Orser ever sees this he'll chew Yuzuru out. That attempt looked like a straight way to a sprained ankle.![]()
Nope.I don't think Brian will bother chewing Yuzuru out. He'll just swallow him WHOLE.Lols!!!![emoji23] Nope.I don't think Brian will bother chewing Yuzuru out. He'll just swallow him WHOLE.
Like, "Ah, since I'm Mr. Triple Axel...you want to be Mr. Quadruple axel huh?! Alright..time to eat you up before you kill yourself, you stubborn pooh-lover!"

Lols!!!!! I want to see the exhibition!!! Sounds interesting! Too bad we won't see such a thing in hkHaha wow ! That's quite funny. It's good that it's not a taboo topic. It is highly related to health after all.
Which reminds me : last year, when I went to Tokyo, I went to the toilet exhibition in Miraikan (future science museum)! It was really fun. Especially going down the toilet (slide) wearing a poo hat![]()
