Today was a loooong day of lotteries. There were four lotteries for tickets to the NHK Trophy in November (2015NHK杯国際フィギュアスケート競技大会). At 10am, I registered with CN Playguide. At 11am, I signed up with Lawsons and Ticket Pia. Finally, at noon, I applied with E-ticket Plus. I was fortunate enough to see Yuzuru perform at last year's NHK here in Osaka. Hopefully I will get at least one ticket for each of the three days of the trophy this year too! Wish me luck!

I hope everyone residing in Japan is safe and sound. I read that Sendai is now badly flooded so I hope Yuzu and his family are all doing okay as well.

Thank you for the updates. I thought he was already in Canada, I guess he still has some work to do in Japan. I'm partly glad Yuzu's not in Tohoku but seeing the news saddens me. I've been to some of those places a couple of years ago and I've met nameless people who were so kind to help me out. I hope the flooding ease out so that they aren't burdened anymore.

Info by Echo from YHIFG FB......Yuzu had his new blades alignment at Citizen Ice Skating Rink (looked like he went around to test the blades on ice). The rink is 10min drive to Waseda University

And the gist of the first video post which was shared by Meoima. The post is not longer there but a fan has made a gif.

"According to this fb post, Yuzu went on ice unexpectedly in business time of this rink, which made his daughter and other children very excited. Not to mention the parents waiting along rink side got surprised as well. Yuzu's skating, spins and jumps all brought huge sense of presence. The children raised their motivation of practice after witnessing Yuzu' skating. This father highly praised Yuzu and thanked him in the finale." - credit Echo Cheng

When I saw the new cover, I wanted to boop his nose. He has such a cute button nose.

He does look good, and has a body for modeling. Maybe he'll do that, one day. If not for everyday-clothes, then at least for sport wears. We'll see. :yes:

I loved the new cover page. Its beauty is enchanting. He continues killing us with their excess cuteness.
As for the catalog all colors were beautiful in yuzu but I prefer the blue.
I pray that everyone is well in Japan.
I learned to respect and love this nation by his wisdom and great power to overcome the adversity.

Another video of him at the public rink, the kids are so cute yelling "yuzu!yuzu!" He looked so at peace there, I'm glad that he found some time to just do his own thing. Here are some more pictures from Maria, seems like they're really interested in his skates
