Thank you for the link! I giggled when the JSF president fistbump Yuzuru after giving him the gold medal, lol! Really liked watching how Yuzu was keeping himself from crying in happiness at times, just so adorable... as if that kid couldn't be mroe adorable than he already is, pfff....

The only highlight of NHK trophy is Hanyus SP and FS. I was hoping that SP Hanyu would show up today and he did! Watching the FS today reminds me of his 2012 world FS, it's been a while since we saw that Hanyu (I felt like he disappeared for a couple of years lol )

I know Hanyu can be on and off, and he hasn't been clean through both segment very often, but can't count him out. He showed something exceptional here, and I believe he will be able to show it again. He's always surprising and that's what makes it fun to watch. :hap85:

Hi everyone ! I'm late at the party haha, but as I told you I was on the ice when IT HAPPENED (at 10:25am I was like "okay it happened. it's either a complete disaster or a world record" but still one hour stucked here to wait).
.......; I have no words! When I stepped out the ice, I jumped on my phone to check facebook and I almost faint when I saw the 322 !!!! It's AMAZING its INCREDIBLE its GOD ALIVE.
And back home I saw the program... I don't cry often watching skating but here, I dropped a tear. It was too much. Everything was perfect, jump after jump, after spin, and on and on....EVEN THE LUTZ But at this point nothing could have stopped him.
The final choreo sequence was just out of this world. The intensity, grown during the program and all exploding at the end was just.... I have no words. I hate running out of english superlatives to express my feelings, but I'm sure you guys understand.

Now Yuzuru Hanyu is a legend. He stamped his name in Skating history forever (okay, it was already done a bit). But good lord, how much time is he gonna keep the record ?! I don't see who can do better, maybe it will have to wait the quintuple jumps era.
I'm so proud to have met this huge champion two years ago, and no doubt he will continue to inspire me forever.

FP with over 200 and total score over 300 is a dream came true.
I pray for a contest with a breathtaking skating and Yuzu deserve this. He is such a nice person , he is not full of himself. A lesson of modesty for everyone!

The quality of his quad sal is unbelievable!! And I can't believe he went for the 4-3 combo in the second half as well.. and then he didn't falter. So proud of him.
Love the fist pumps and his precious face at the end. He looked super pleased it made me smile. When the score is out he looked like he couldn't believe it but it's so well deserved after such high quality performance. Brian's reaction is also priceless. Love how Yuzu showed the appreciation to Brian as well as the fans.

I feel like I could keep writing but then I'll end up with essay instead so I'm just gonna skip haha.

Anyway I'm so so happy that we're blessed with this result. I hope that we can see this kind of performance more often. :agree:

Can I just say how extremely jealous of the people who get to see it live?? Both SP and FP are amazing to experience live I bet!
