Pamigena already said everything I could possibly say. Thank you, my friend, for being there. And to Yuzuru, for giving us something I honestly did not expect or could hope for. To have exprienced this live. To be able to say in my lifetime, I was there when...

I am crying while I am typing this, while I consider myself far too old for this kind of adoration. I cannot help it, this kid brings out the most emotional side of me. :luv17:

You know I don't wanna jinx too early but I feel Yuzu will not let himself lose the world title again. Last year is was out of his hands since he did just have surgery, but now he is determined to win it back!

I agree, If I remember correctly from videos or interviews when he did badly at NHK last year he vowed that he would be back next year and win the gold, and he certainly did it with two outstanding performances. He hates to lose so having the world title at stake will probably fire him up big time

I don't even have words about the amazing performance we got to see today. So instead I would like to say how impressed I am with Yuzuru's massively improved and ADORABLE english!!!! After being so whelmed with his scores to be able to sit down and talk about it in English, to even make jokes!! Is there anything he can't do?? I think as well that the more his English has improved the more you can sort of see his personality in the words he uses.

And remember guys, sends tips about gaining confidence to this address!

:ghug:
we're both gonna be a total mess tomorrow

Jackie Wong said that repeating two clean performances two competitions in a row would be superhuman...gues Yuzu just proved it.
I'll be translating the Spanish Commentary but it may take a little longer because I won't be home for a few hours :)

His English definitely improves and more expressive than before. I'm so touched when he said "I owe it to the fans". And still he wanted to talk more. At the end of the interview, he grabbed the mic and wanted to talk again, but they already switched off the mic :laugh2:

I can imagine if Yuzu is fluent in English, we gona be heavily sprayed by a machine gun Yuzu :laugh2:

I can't believe the saying "That score is way below his PB's" would apply if Yuzuru *only* gets 300 points..... :eeking:

So do I , I am 45 years old. I think I have this kind of adoration because he is the nicest person, grateful and humble but very ambitious about his performances on ice...he deserves all the best in sports and life.
God bless you Yuzuru !!! :luv17:
You are an inspirational boy for me and for all the people that loves you not only as a skater but as a person.

any thoughts on how yuzu gonna improve his components next season?
I would say at least one second-half quad for sp, maybe he would do that for the world? who knows lol
for fp, maybe quad sal in the second-half? two quad sal? since now quad sal is his fav!
and I don't know if he still considering quad loop, but I'm definitely really looking forward to see that.

Does anyone have a link to the Russian commentators, cause i have difficulties finding one??
