Sometimes I'm glad I can't understand japanese, if not I know I would be pulling my hair a lot :disapp:.
Anyway, thanks for the information guys. I'm glad he is back!
 
I don't know but I kind of learnt somewhere in college about privacy that for a public figure, the media is allowed to take photos of him or her in the public as long as the distance is kept at I can't remember how much something like 5-10 meters... It is more like the American laws but probably Japan has different rules. Anyway, I am fine with the article as long as the info is correct and the way they got the info is legitimate.
 
The news source seems to be Josei Seven, the one reported Yuzuru's girlfriend thing.
Nevertheless, he left for Canada to prepare for the Worlds for sure. That's good.

One thing I noticed in the article is that he looked different after seeing 4CC.

「四大陸選手権（19～21日）で彼の演技を見られなかったのは残念。でも当の本人はこの大会を見て、顔つきが変わったようですよ。大会2日後に日本からトロントに発って行った。世界選手権まで1か月、トロントで猛練習を積むはずです」

I like his motivation is intensified, but at the same time I'm concerned that he might push himself too hard. I can't handle this contradiction :dumb:

If he was spotted at Haneda yesterday afternoon, he would have landed Toronto yesterday early evening! Yes, perfect timing to come back to the "storm" :laugh: At least the temperature is rather warm.

While I'm sure Yuzu is motivated with the good performances from 4CC (when is he ever not motivated....:p) I wouldn't pay much attention to what this gossipy magazine writes, other than the fact that he has left Japan. I mean, yeah surely they knew exactly how yuzu reacted and how his face changed watching 4cc @_@

I see this as a desperate move to come up with anything that sounds somewhat juicy since they got absolutely nothing after stalking him for so long :handw:

agreed! it is ridiculous implying that yuzu has no motivation at first until he saw the performance of 4CC. And also I am wondering "are they watching the game in the same room with Yuzu?"
Nevertheless the rest of the news is talking about some old and unpleasant history. I would rather someone in CC club post an ig saying yuzu is back rather than they followed him and then made up some other rubbish based on this news.

Josei Seven is already called "Gaseven" here. Gase (Japanese slang meaning false news or report) + Seven :rofl2:

I'm reading on my phone. I misread and thought they had followed them to the rest room :roll9: I'm not sure I would want to know what kind of 'news' they would bring back from there. Although, how much worse can it get, those 'reporters' are already mostly talking out of their behinds. They would probably really come up with something newsworthy. And remembering that conversation with Nobu about their digestive problems..... nevermind, forget I started talking.

Aghhh I love Johnny's skating, but I'm still bitter about the amount of awful Yuzu costumes he made my eyes see.

Thank god. He had some... not mentally healthy views of his weight before in its relation to his jumps. I'm glad he's healthy! It's noticeable and a nice step up from last year lol

I actually like seeing photos of him when he's not dressed for competition or interviews etc.. I like seeing people in regular clothes, not all glammed up. Anyway, if it wasn't for his face and neck, in that photo, I would never have known it was him! He looks so physically different... it looks good on him.

I think they meant by that the fact that Yuzu wasn't found of doing exercice off-ice years ago because he wanted to stay slim and avoid getting muscles. But the TCC coaches conviced him to, and it made everything better and Yuzu knows it. :)

I was thinking it might be that, just that I don't quite understand why would that be considered unhealthy, because you are more prone to injuries?
