Yuzuru Hanyu: 2015-16 Season

Super late in saying this, but seeing Yuzuru's short live was absolutely phenomenal. Completely sublime! Obviously, I'm upset about the free, but we should all remember what he has accomplished this season! I got some nice photos of him at the short, free, free small medal ceremony, & the gala. Yuzu & Javier seemed to be getting along just fine at the small medal ceremony; I have some videos of them chatting & laughing together

Sorry to say this but your hearing is wrong.
The person ask "is that your girlfriend? Then he said NO.
Then something like old girlfriend but he didn't reply to that.
Then he said Yeah to someone or something else in the background.
The question after that was 'didn't know you have a boyfriend as well'??
So they ask another person in the group, some girl unless you think they ask him about BOYFRIEND.
Honestly I find it funny that you can think of a lot of gossip from nothing

I said I can be seriously wrong. And you can be probably right. But before he said "yeah", I seem to hear the man just asked "old girlfriend?" and immediately after he said "yeah" that man said "oh, I didn't know you have a gf"... There didn't seem to have anybody else there in the talk. The surrounding is too noisy..

Maybe. But looks like he understood the first question quite clearly and immediately said no. Then the second question was just as simple as the first one. I think he should be able to understand the second question as well. :sad4:

I will try to help you. May be he think girlfriend in the second question = friend who happen to be female.

And the fact that he might get Tarasova choreography make me much more melt down. :sad21:

You can hear the choreo part?! That is super hearing. I can't figure out the part when they said about toronto or ice shows and choreo... Is there any more info that you can hear?

The guy asked "Old girlfriend?" and he said yeah, but it doesn't really matter anyways. He's 21 years old why would it be a problem for him to have a girlfriend, an ex-gf, or multiple ex-gf's? Its healthy for him, both physically and mentally

My friend is native English speaker and this is her take:
"There's a picture!"
"is that your girlfriend?"
"Nooo"
""oh old girlfrield? ooooh" *teasing*
here it's noisy, he said Yeah to something or someone in the background or he misunderstood the question. But as my understanding he sai Yeah to something else.
"I didnt know you had a boyfriend as well"

Oh nooo I so sorry for misunderstanding, for the chereo part I refer to my own fear after reading some posters post this idea in this thread.

Too much noise on that part to figure it out but I also think the Yeah was to somebody else, after that I only heard oh i didnt know you have a boyfriend as well and then it was Misha calling Yuzu and saying something wasnt scary enough.

Although it would be very interesting to see a new choreographer make a program for him, I think he's found something special with Jeff and Shae Lynn. I'm inclined to think he will work with them again, didn't Jeff say he had something ready for Yuzu since last year but then he decided to do Chopin again?

I don't mind his private life. Frankly I don't care. But I also dislike the action of spreading gossip from nothing. From some incoherent talks which you don't know the situation and background, they assume there's an ex girlfriend something then it turns out the final sentence was "boyfriend".
If they want to draw something from this, I'd say he has had both girlfriend and boyfriend. So.... Do they want to continue this gossipy talk?

Thanks everyone for your input. Well, I listen to the tape once again, then here is my take:

Yuzu: Here is a picture
Man: Is that your girlfriend?
Yuzu: No~~
Man: Old girlfriend?
Another girl: Old girlfriend?
Yuzu: Yeah
Man: I didn't know you have girlfriend as well
(I tried hard, I really think that is a girlfriend instead boyfriend...Then the "as well" probably because the man is referring to that he knows Javier has a gf but he didnt know that Yuzu has a gf as well or something like that)

Yes! He looks very happy and I'm glad hes having fun, I love seeing him smile, a true smile

he said something "rhythmic"...which makes me excited (because Buttle is a genius) but also scared (please no Spanish music...)

maybe jazz or pop? look at me, the season is technically not even over and I'm already ready for new programs!
