New article or interview saying by mid May his leg still hurt so the treatment continues. I hope he is better by now.
Thanks for the info!
:sad21: The twitter is talking about the new magazine "Figure skating Life vol 6" which cover alia posted today. Further the comment says he wasnt on back on the ice at the middle of May and he just started his rehabilitation at that time...I'll confirm the magazine on may way home, but his conditition seems more serious...
Lovely. But how is this Yuzuru related ? What I am missing? :hopelessness:
I think this was the video I saw posted in The Edge, according to the commentator Yuzu is her favorite skater.
Can someone please clarify for me: Is it known how long Yuzu was taking pain killers so he could keep skating? Was he taking them at Japanese Nationals?
I have no expertise in orthopedics. But I do work in the medical field and I'm getting very concerned about what was originally reported as a minor injury.
English translation of Italian ESP commentary of Yuzu's LP at NHK. Thanks to Lys Alton, Carolina Corsali @YHIFG FB for the translation & Elena Costa for the video.
Note: Due to the original video by ESP has a delay, the sound is slightly delayed to the visual.
Commentators are Massimiliano Ambesi (white): winter sports journalist and Angelo Dolfini (green): former figure skater. If video is blocked for some countries due to music copyright by Sony please try to use HOLA to see it.

maybe they distinguish between treatment and rehabilitation?May I ask you, he started rehabilitation at that time, at what time, mid May? I thought he started rehabilitation right after wc?
Maybe it's just a language issue, but that's how I would understand the word rehabilitation. The treatment could have been anything from strict rest to wearing a cast or having surgery. I guess rehabilitation may just refer to the time afterwards when you take measures to regain full function like you had before the injury?
so don't trust a word I say)
