I don't get it, I really don't. How can your organization be So Bad and get away with it? Shaky podiums, plastic medals, crappy seats and all that jazz, and that for ticket prices that were so much higher than Barcelona. Why?!
I feared for the guys' lives when they all stepped onto Yuzu's podium...

My thoughts before reading any other comments:

1. WHAT WAS THAT?! OMG I'm so glad he won but was it the ice? And as people here expected, he fell on the second 4S combo again :sad4: really need to do something about that before worlds. OMG I was so ridiculously nervous, considering Javi and Patrick were skating after him, but maybe it was something about the ice, because no one skated well...except Nathan, of course, so maybe it wasn't the ice...?

1.5 That ice seriously looked like it was ravaged by a rainstorm.

2. LOL at IceNetwork playing Yuzu's reactions to Javi's jumps. They should have a camera on his face 24/7 ;)

3. LOL at Yuzu and Shoma joking about the podiums being wobbly. And the medals being light. Those are the ugliest ****ing medals I've ever seen. :noshake: I swear.

4. CONGRATULATIONS TO YUZURU FOR WINNING HIS 4TH GRAND PRIX FINAL!!!! I'm so happy for him but this makes me so much more nervous for Worlds. Is he going to get it together? :( :sad4: :sad4: :sad4: This anxiety is going to kill me...and to think Worlds is in 4 months...

Well, we are facing to the same situation than in GPF 2015, solid performances of Yuzu during previous tnt month, then Yuzu scored 288 at GPF and completely ruined his FS during World's 2016 to reach the 2nd place, while he had a large-opened door to win after his amazing SP.

Seems it is going to be the same thing now. But a new data is appeared : Patrick Chan is came back !

I'm surprised by the turn of events....I was expecting him to have much more trouble with his SP than his FS due to the short being jam packed with high energy but it turned out to be the opposite.

I almost gave up after Yuzu's LP:bed:Thought it would be Boston again, turned out to be Sochi-alike:rock:Congrats on Yuzu's fourth GPF title. Save the best for the biggest!

There are major fireworks going off outside right now. Pretty sure it's not New Year's Eve, so it must be for Hanyu. :party2:

Ufff I couldn't watch the program live because of the nerves and when I saw the results:eeking: Seriously what happened out there? Because after Yuzu's semidisaster the thing was even worse with Javi and Patrick. I saw his face at the KnC and he's surely disappointed and kuyashi but hey it's a victory and then at the podium he seemed happier. Now nationals... Take some rest Yuzu!

So what have we learned from this years GPF?
- Is it sochi 2.0?
- The organisation, the ice, the medals, the no flags ....
- The random drawing of who goes first in SP, will this also be what they will do in the Worlds?
- The support and the jokes between skaters (Yuzuru and Javier, Yuzuru and Shoma, and the russian ladies)

How will the fans handle their nerves for the world, we need a self-help program here, I think

Why so many falls ? Are there a prob with the ice, what is this pathetic performance ?

Concerning Yuzu, since World's 2016, i see no significant improvements from him, his quad's are just a luck issue, simple. But if other skaters are also in the same situation, Yuzu can still win first play in tnt and it is ok for me, but for the entertainment it is very sad .

I'm mb too harsh toward Yuzu but I really want a solid clean FS during 2-3 tnt in a row. I hope he will fix his major issues for Worlds 2017.

Go troll somewhere else, thanks.

what? no improvement? are you sure that's what you mean?

Wow such a troll. I think people tend to forget he had a major injury after worlds early this season. For a top tier athlete injury is not only physical but also mental. I majored in Kinesiology and I took injury psychology class and trust me coming back from injury is a loooot harder than some people imagine. First of all, u need to find the motivation to comeback. The 2nd step is to outgrow the fear of the same spot injury. How to feel confident that u r good to go is the hardest thing ever!
He didn't only come back to his fit form, but also challenged a much harder lay out and a new quad jump. Idk if skating 2 super complex programs with new quad jumps is not an improvement, then what is it?
