I thought Yuzuru had enough to win considering that Chan also messed up, if only the last spin was counted (I've never seen Yuzuru loose balance on a spin before). But overall it was good and I am Ok with a silver!
Yuzuru is a fighter. Good luck in your next GP, I am sure you will be spectacular.

8 was 4Lo BV -4 GOE (since it goes to -4 for quads, falls are not counted in the TES ticker), so 12-4 = 8, so it wasn't downgraded initially.

Typical Yuzuru, it was obvious he was disappointed even in the k&c but this is positive frustration. Onward, onto better things! I am very pleased and happy for him, all other things aside.

I am mostly glad that his mentality is ok. I was worried about his mentality mostly. For the first GP of the season, his LP performance is good. I don't need him to peak here.
Now I hope he will change the pants in SP.
