I corrected the part. There's no specific object here, but from the context he seems to be satisfied with the success of the latter half jumps.

I think he meant second half 4T, he just shortened it hahahaha

Ah I see... that would make sense, haha. Yea, I'm proud that he managed to do that too. I think in the kiss and cry he said (verbatim from what I can hear) that he 'couldn't thinking about 'chow cause there was toe', so it looks like he managed to keep his focus after the botched salchow and succeeded with the 4T.

Hehe. His face reflects everything he is thinking... quite funny, especially as he is searching for his words. He is doing just fine :agree:

The only way to get better is to practice, practice, practice... and have people correct you. Once you get the basics, then it gets better much faster so I expect improvement all the time now.

ROFL which is kind of the exact opposite when it comes to Japanese. They tell you your Japanese is great even when it isn't. They are so polite!

Just catch to his FS. Far from his perfect standard, but I love it. His flow was great and by the time st sq, I already forgot the first fall. I'm truly love the st sq  his performance warmed my heart. When he landed the 3lz, I almost screamed! :yahoo: Overall, it's not kuyashi for me. It has its own wonderful moments despite the flaws :)

Ah bless him with the english interview. He expresses himself better in English now :) Hope he can improve more so we can hear Yuzu english machine-gun someday :agree:

Ops. I corrected the part. Please check my post before!

Oh ahaha, actually I did not notice your mistake  I thought she was asking about the video. Cause that was what Yuzuru said in the english interview "I'm a little satisfied with my second toe" haha.

I was rewatching his program for the last time before going to sleep and it's hilarious how he doesn't shake that random woman's hand who was extending her hand to all skaters. He's completely oblivious. :rofl2:

Also, this might become my favourite free program from him, yes, better than Seimei, although I LOVED Seimei. Meet me at the pit.

I'll join you in the pit (against the others). Loved this program (yes more than Seimei) from the time it was introduced, and it's because this is something only yuzuru can do at this point in his career. Gentle and fragile but packed with difficulty. The only vague thought of dissent I have in mind is that resting point in the middle is too empty, it really stood out.

Soooo looking forward to the EX. Maybe Misha should do some choreography

What was he saying in the kiss and cry as he was putting on his jacket? Brian's smiling response was that it surprised him too and he hoped yuzu would tell him next time.

And yes, the middle bit after the flip and before the 2nd salchow is too obviously empty. They have to add something more there, even if just a simple move. Easy place to get docked marks... or alternatively, easy excuse not to give him higher marks.

Ok dumb question, they won't stream the gala practice won't they? But is the gala practice open to public? So many cute things happened at last year's gala practice :drama:

He said he feels comfortable for the second half because he didn't do too much in the warm up.
And brian was like : Ok that was a surprise for me. But you better tell me next time.

Looked like Yuzuru didn't do as much warmup as Brian expected lol this boy

I think it was more of a breather for him there. He won't get docked if he land all his jumps. The event was in Canada, I won't expect him to get high PCS score like NHK or GPF no matter how he skate

Highlighted text: :2thumbs: This program is extra-hiper-ultra Yuzuru and I love it.

I don't care for that "empty" spot, he needs some time to breathe eventually. Also, it's not a priority, but his hands are pretty there and I'm a sucker for pretty which is enough for me to give it a pass. k i'm out

Im taking a sleep. These past few days exausted me a lot from nervousness and lack of sleep for differnet time zone, but im so happy now. As some of you, i had been worried about his mental, about which i’d seen some concern in SP. But FP blotted out it! thanks guys for all the comments, reports, update!

Now i cant wait EX! I really expect the coreo by DW. Of couse, also his costume!

At Sunday night in japanese time, Japanese TV will broadcast FP, so new videos will be uploaded.:yahoo:

I like both almost equally as much - but Seimei has this so Seimei wins for me. :o:

Thanks, mcq. I understood the comfortable in the second half part, but missed the warm up part. I was in the arena watching, and it is true. He didn't do that much. Maybe that is a good strategy considering how strong the 2nd half was, lol.

Yuzuru was saying something about how he decided to go easy on the warm up and not do many jumps to conserve energy for the 2nd half of the program but he didn't tell Orser so Brian was confused and worried why he was being so unusual and got him thinking something was up. So after Yuzuru explained it he said "Well, it surprised me. You better tell me that before next time". not direct quote

Is it terrible that I already knew what the link was before clicking it? ;) I agree that it's a close call. We'll see how Hope & legacy will develop. :coffee:

sorry for the posts back-to-back, i'm a zombie at the moment. Forgot the edit button existed for a second.

So far I still prefer Seimei (not that I don't love Hisaishi stuff), but I will wait and see where he takes this program. And I preferred Seimei's costume. That random ruffle on his FS costume really annoys me, lol. Seimei was perfect.
