Agree! Ive found a bit of change in his impression, which seems caused by fulfillment of his mental. He is growing so rapidly!

Agreed! He is still handsome and flawless skin as usual but his eyes and expression tells maturer soul hehe

otanjoubi omedetou Yuzu-kun! you're not a kid anymore, though you still have a kid face sometimes.

I guess it's 7th in France and in Japan right now, so Happy Birthday Yuzuru! Hope you get to celebrate it at least a little today :) :hb: :cheer:

You're joking. I am having flashbacks to TdF, that's the one thing I was worrying about. Fingers crossed he doesn't mind.

I am not joking, my friend says some skaters are complaining about the ice being too soft. I hope they find a way to fix it.

There is a time to fix it,hope they will or we will get disastrous skates.

Asahi news reported that Kihira had problems on jumps due to soft ice so....:drama:

Oh I know you aren't, that was rhetorical, I was expressing my face palm verbally

It's good to hear skaters are complaining and hopefully it gets into official ears because good grief, we don't need a TdF repeat :palmf: There's time to fix it but the French Federation isn't the best. Thanks for letting us know though!

I have ZERO hopes, only one name is enough- Didier Gailhaguet

Cute Yuzuru in Airport
Casual Yuzuru
Cool Yuzuru

Here's a rough translation.

The plane delayed due to weather conditions in Munich, arriving at marseille at 10pm. When asked about the unexpectedly long flight duration, Yuzu laughed: "I have fun playing games as much as I like. It's been long for me to do so."
“Surprisingly I don't expect the need for the 4th win, and I think that this is nice. I felt pressured last time as it was the first ever three consecutive GPF wins, especially after the fantastic results I achieved in NHK. Without the tremendous pressure this time, I am very excited over the opportunity to renew my own record."
“I am confident in my performance. My focus is to adjust my condition after NHK. I have gone through thorough practice, so I am relaxed and fully trust myself."
"I am happy to compete in the GPF and celebrate my birthday every year."

Other interviews (Source: 羽生结弦应援站YUZURINK)

Rough rough rough translation

1. "I believe, as long as I focus on what I should be doing, the path ahead will naturally reveal itself."

2. The plane delayed due to weather conditions in Munich, arriving at marseille at 10pm. When asked about the unexpectedly long flight duration, Yuzu laughed: "I have fun playing games as much as I like. It's been long for me to do so."

3. At the time of arrival and the interview, it was exactly 0 a.m. at 7/12, which is Yuzuru's 22th birthday. Every year his birthday is within the GPF period. "If I cannot compete in the match, I feel sad even though it's my birthday. It's my happiest thing to compete in a healthy condition and celebrate my birthday as well." He expressed his joy for overcoming the pain of his left toenails and competing in such a huge stage for six consecutive times.

4. After achieving the highest score in this season at NHK Trophy in Nov, he said "The aim of my training (after NHK) is to adjust my condition", "My performance before NHK is not concrete enough. Now there is certainly sufficient training", showing his confidence. Regarding the first ever 4 consecutive wins for men and ladies single, he said "No pressure. It is an opportunity to renew my own record, so I am excited." He seemed eager for the competition.

5. Regarding the first ever 4 consecutive wins for men and ladies single, Yuzuru said "there is no particular expectation or thoughts of realisation yet", as if he was not aware of it. He said, "when it's the third win, someone told me that this is the first time in history, so I was nervous. But it has passed already. A new season is a new competition, so I do not have the burden of a 4th win." "It's an opportunity to renew my own record, so I am excited" He seemed to be looking forward to the competition.

6. "My feeling now is to win, absolutely. I will compete with trust in myself, and people around me"
