Wishing Yuzuru a very happy birthday and a healthy and successful year ahead!

The cake was very interesting. I wonder what Yuzuru and Nobunari were saying about it.

I think it's Javi you can hear the Spaniard accent lol

Oh is it really him? hahah. Because he didn't look like he was singing along in the video from weibo. But then again it was not so clear. I thought it was one of the Japanese guy from JSF or reporter lol.

can somebody tell me what time i should be at the venue if i want to see yuzu practice tomorrow? do i have to be there before all the practice events start which is like 6 am?

I'm not sure at that time I was surprise to hear happy birthday suddenly and I didn't look at Javi , but the more I listen to the video , the more it seems like Javi's voice ( another mystery lol )

Isn't it nice when you are at a practice, waiting for the skaters and then you suddenly see pooh, and know yuzu will be just around the corner? It always makes me happy:love:
That's EXACTLY what happened with me. I first saw Chan, then Shoma and then saw the plushie. nearly squeaked when I finally spotted him.

that may or may not change. Last time at Finlandia, on the first day I was too warm with a T-shirt and my jacket open, and on the third day I was freezing my butt off even with a T-shirt, sweater and the winter jacket zipped up to my ears :roll9:
Well I'd gladly be very cold in the ice rink if it means finally having good ice, lol!

If you can be that early, you can try at 6AM, but with the people I met today we're probably gonna be there at around 9. And I'm confident we won't have bad seats.
Yuzu said that it's different from NHK as the public is closer in this venue, and he's right. You'll get seats not far from the rink no matter where you go.

Sr Men's op will start at 10:35am tomorrow. You don't have to be there at 6am as you can walk in anytime as long as you have purchased the practice ticket; but if you wanna a good seat for watching practice, then maybe a little bit early. :otopic:But honestly speaking, who can get up any earlier than Japanese fans? I mean, last year at the Autumn Classics I arrived the venue around 5:30am, all front rows had already gone.

I am lucky too. I am able to leave work whenever I want... and well, tomorrow afternoon I want!!!

Just thought I'd share because I've found it useful, especially in these threads. There are extensions like Imagus for Chrome (and I think Firefox too) that shows pictures and gifs as a popup preview, even from Instagram, when you hover over the link, so you don't have to click on every link to see the pictures.

Those jumps look really awesome!

ETA: Also, I'm getting weirded out by his level of chill from his interviews....

Wow, thank you so much for that tip, it's life changing on this kind of forum
