British commentator E2 introduced Yuzu by saying that where he goes, he's the focal point. Olympic champion, etc.
Rapturous applause, he is a genius. A lot of Johnny Weir in that performance. Not perfect in the free program northis exhibition, but certainly in the short. Commentator thinks that no matter what, he will be the favorite to win the world title in Boston (!) in March.
Just wonderful, great strength, mental and physical, a dream to watch out there on the ice. Hanyu apparently said that he felt very conscious of the crowd, but the commentator feels it didn't show.
I'm getting so used to hearing this way-too-vocal version of my dearly beloved Saint-Saens swan, I'm actually starting to love it.

no intro at all, the Dutch audio stream has some remainder from the commercials over it. Very weird. Thankfully it stopped when Hanyu started skating. ;-)
Yuzuru Hanyu, he has given his opponents a glimmer of hope again after his free skate, but he is still the man that everybody looks to, he makes it look so easy, and he proved to be capable of a free skate with four quads, well not entirely perfect yet, he is not that far yet, but if he can combine it with the beauty which he displays in his programs, he has two weapons. The absolute favorite the world title, although these past two years it's gone to Fernandez. That was mostly due to Hanyu's injuries (I think he says multiple), he is still human [he has human 'flaws'], sometimes they're invisible and then it's pure enjoyment to watch. The man who turned 22 two days ago and already has an entire career behind him, Olympic champion, world champion in the same time, and now for the fourth time in a row the title in the GPF, which places him at the same level as Plushenko. Well, he can still go on for quite some years, so we won't be surprised if between now and a year, the record is in hands of the Japanese (I guess he is refering to getting the GPF title more than four times?).

, I've followed yuzu's journey only from a year ago, ahhh sometimes I wish I had known about him earlier 
He's certainly very popular with Russian ladies and júnior skaters in general.
