Well I like his/her multiple posts

They make me feel like something is happening

According to this news article
Statement from Shirota-san, ANA Skating director : Yuzuru departed to Canada to go back to training on July 7th and currently working with Shae-Lynn Bourne to brush up the choreography of his program. He is preparing for 4CC. His recovery from the flu and pharyngitis took longer and he could not move for a while, but he was able to spend New Year with his family in Sendai. :)
(I google trans it but the info was quite clear from it. But if anyone want to properly translate, it would also be appreciated) :)

EDIT : LOL Aren't we all hungry or his news

So happy to hear that he's working with Shae-Lynn :luv17: on his FS. His SP is wonderful but his FS definitely needs some work yet. Can't wait for 4CC to see what they've done with it.

Thanks for the news guys! I wonder if they're working on that dratted combo. Hopefully.

And I'm worse than Pami, I was trying to figure out who I married in Skyrim the last time I played. Cleaned out a few dungeons and I still don't know.:palmf:

AHEM... I'm partial to Erik the Slayer. But lately i've been considering doing a high elf who uses ice magic based on Yuzu and make him a marriageable NPC
Yes, they should work on that combo because my nerves can't handle it. After the combo everything's fine but i always contain my breath when he jumps it...

ok you won  but only because I have yet to lose track of my marital status... and looking at my study, the "dungeon cleaning" doesn't sound like a bad idea

Thank you Narcissa! you are too kind! :luv17:

Hi ShiroKJ, thank you again. I am taking your lessons and am trying to reply to several comments now... let's see how it goes (^^)

Ooooh, nice, nice. I think I married a blacksmith. I have vague recollections now. Why did I do that? And go for it, I fully support you! Sounds like a fantastic idea. My Dunmer is a magic user but mostly fire. I like to fry those suckers

I am really looking forward to 4CC now to see if it is that. I mean it'd be logical, especially as he won't move it that they'd try and adjust somehow.I also feel like asking them to do so in the name of Orc preservation as I shish kebab quite a few when he misses it as stress relief  But they're probably fiddling with other stuff too. Like putting Ina Bauer as it was. Right Yuzuru?

*preens* And hey I think I remember his occupation, that counts, right? But seriously, it is an epic stress reliever. A few fireballs and suddenly, you feel much less stressed

Perhaps it's January 7th? I don't think he will get much done getting back in July  jk
But thank you so so much for posting this information! I will be looking forward to the modifications made in the program, hopefully the new entries will help improve the success rate of some jumps like the second 4S

Yes, the free still needs some work. I hope it is the section between 3F and 4S combo... the rest of the program seems pretty cohesive, although the ina bauer placement is probably a focus as well.

I noticed the july 7th date of return too:laugh:

Thanks a ton!! I was getting listless without news, even though I know it's for the best =w=
Working with Shae-lynn = FS = yay for my heart. :drama:
For how much attention he gets, he sure is a ninja.

Anyway, since few pages back someone mentioned about which competition they should and plan to go to if they want to see Yuzuru, for anyone living in Asia, I would think this year's 4CC would be the best choice.
He will almost certainly go + getting ticket for this year's NHK/GPF/Nats in Japan will be a pain and expensive on the olympic season. Going to olympic would be crazy expensive too (125 USD ~120 euro for a 3rd level seat per event, don't ask me about 1st floor it is 3x times that) and possibly tickets will be hard to get. While 4CC ticket is cheap (7-8 USD/euro per event for the balcony/3rd level seat and ~40 USD/euro per event for 1st level seat) and there are still MANY seats available (approx. 3000 seats still available for men's event). It will be a good field too, for all event like men, pairs, ladies and ice dance. So if anyone is contemplating to go there, you should

Not for any skaters, but for Yuzuru I do not mind to pay premium amounts x $$$ +++ for getting best seats!!! I went to the world 2015 and SC 2016, and find myself getting crazier about Yuzuru, my sweet addiction!

Sometimes I feel sad that I probably will never get the chance to see Yuzuru skate live and I have to resign mysellf to watch him on live streams. It makes me happy to read all the live experiences from users here though :agree2:

Reading live commentary is one of my favorite things to do :) So much that I often go to the archives in this forum and look up on site reports from that competition when I rewatch a program. Only Yuzu though XD

It makes me sad that some fans of Yuzuru aren't able to see him skate in person. It is a special joy & if you can at all manage it, I urge you to do it. I know for some Japanese fans, it is actually easier & less expensive to travel to Canada to see him than to try to get a ticket in Japan (plus you can go to open practices in Canada). (BTW - I'm glad that 4CC in Korea will have open practices & I'm greedily annoyed that I don't have enough vacation time to go there; I hope open practices become standard throughout the world.) I understand that it is not possible for some fans to afford the time & expense of going to competitions & I know I am very privileged to be able to do it. One of the reasons I like to take photos & videos at competitions (while reserving some of my time to watch him with my bare eyes) is to share the experience with those who can't be there.

For worlds, i'm more worried about his 4Lo. I want him to land a nice one in such a big and important competition and i don't want him to lose because of it

Below 2 links are what I found the best FANCAM of GPF 2016 as it focuses 100% on Yuzuru and records the WHOLE SP, LP, K&C and Interview. We can see precious moments that are not shown in official broadcast.

SP (5:00-6:20, so happy to see how happy Yuzu is)

LP+Interview

(6:05 -9:00, didn’t know a Japanese staff was standing so close to him)
(9:05-9:10, breathe a sigh of relief)
