Sorry to say it, but after watching the clips I believe that man is new bodyguard or someone from JSF, not Yuzu's dad.
Also his face features differs from the known shots of Hidetoshi-san.

Glad to see Yuzu arriving with his Mom and Dad.

In the fancam video, we can see that his Dad pointed to a luggage on the baggage conveyor and Yuzu immediately ran to pick it up. Such a nice kid.
