He was off axis in the toe, but well, to be fair his second half 4T was never really stellar quality this season in competition. I just wanna celebrate his landing that 4S3T right now lol. :biggrin: I would assume he will show up in the main rink later this day for OP too. SP is still on Friday and there is only 1 Scheduled practice for Thursday. But overall it was an ok practice, wonder how his non-runthru jump is.
 
It does look like the full stop is gone, and instead it's a long skid that keeps going. Maybe Shae heard Kurt's commentary about the stop/energy loss and they just kept the original move but without coming to a stop. If so, hope it does the trick. Also liked the little embellishment coming out of the 3F.

Yes, I am mostly pleased about the 4S combination. True about the 4T that. I also think he was just a tiny bit subdued, might be my own impression but it's not as if he likes mornings, plus there's the time zone change.
Fingers crossed that he shows up! I do think this was fine overall but I must say, how he stayed off ice for the 4Lo is something! :noshake:

Well, he was 2nd for practice right? Maybe not warmed up enough? Who knows. Seems like he need to adjust his 4Lo a number of times before he can land it. He usually start swith 1Lo/2Lo/3Lo before going for the 4Lo. It has yet to be a natural, easy jump for him like how the 3A, 4S and 4T are. There are a number of videos for other runthrough + warm up and cool down but I haven't look through it.

Frankly, I think he felt sleepy this morning. I am feeling sleepy too. :roll9: I have to stay awake but I want to sleep so much.

I just had coffee at 9PM. I am going to suffer for that tomorrow morning when I get to work... but I need to stay awake until MR OP.

3rd for this OP. Gladly he will be 4th in the afternoon MR OP and 5th in tomorrow's PR OP, so he should get enough time to warm up

Korean and Japanese have very similar rules of grammar (verb endings, use of particles) and sentence structuring. For that reason, Google translate works really well between the two languages lol (unlike the mumbo jumbo kor/jpn->eng results in).

Phonetics are the key differences imo. Koreans have a lot of trouble with making 'ts, f, dz, z' sounds in Japanese while Japanese people struggle with the "vowels" of Korean. In that aspect, Yuzu differentiates the 'eu, yeo' and '-ng' sounds pretty well for a non-speaker ^^

what was the time of practice this morning in Korea I wonder? It's kind of early I suppose. I am not surprised he was not fully awake. Cause I am still struggle to stay awake lol

8.55 korea time for his group. But considering he has to arrive before that to warmup + the 40 min ride from hotel to venue I guess it would be even earlier wake up time for him. Korea and Japan share the same timezone, no?

You don't need an account. If you can't watch it, it could be because weibo was blocked by your server? I am pretty sure a few twitter user reupload it on twitter though, so maybe you can watch it there.
 
Another 30 mins until Yuzu's group at the main rink.... He's fourth so it'll take a bit. Who else apart from zhangyu is live streaming...?
