Jokes aside, yes, Yuzu's emotional calm goes a long way into keeping us all in good spirits. I've realized by now. Most of us have been so happy it's amazing.

it's actually sarcasm because announcer got jin's china right. Previously she announced that Yuzuru and Shoma from China lol
i believe it's his face when announcer said "Yuzuru Hanyu from China"

Pre-competition usually it is total nervous breakdown in this thread hahaha.To me, off-competition he is like the bubbliest, brightest and happiest sunshine. But frankly, he is always scary to me during competitions. Super focused and intense (like Borser said), fierce, and have this almost unapproachable aura, almost like a hungry lion ready to hunt down preys. If I were a staff/organizer/fellow competitor/fans who happen to be around him, I personally would even be too scared to approach/talk to him lol.

I haven't seen him live yet (life goal, better be soon) but that's my sense from people's reports on Marseilles. Ninja operation zooming back and forth, intense and not looking anywhere else but path ahead.

At this point que sera sera, really. I think they look like they have done all that can be done. He had relatively good practices, he looks like he is in a good shape and a good state of mind too. Not much we can do now (beside panicking and praying lol). So now it is just a matter of whether the ice gods and skating gods will bestow their blessing on him.

He is 99% still going to be scary right before the competition

whatever it is, it's something new that Brian and Yuzu are both in on. That, at least, is good. We'll eventually see the effects and subsequent adjustments regardless. All this is definitely done with Olympics in mind. As well, I want to see what routines stay, and what go. Or if Meoima = panic corner = good Yuzuru performance, then...
But honestly, I just want to give you a big hug XD
