The relationship between Patrick and Yuzuru is getting better I think.
From two 4CC fancam, they talked a lot with joy before gala. So I assume the drama-time is gone? :scratch3:

I hope so, they seemed friendly to each other! And both have a new enemy now.

What :laugh2: somebody say again he doesn't have powerful jumps :laugh2:

I'm personally on board with SC + CoR. he can share SC as always with Chiddy so they can traditionally splat together, and then he can share CoR with Javi. Japan gets the final. All solved

And the staff said they used almost ONE YEAR to repair that hole.
HOW BIG THE HOLE IS ACTUALLY?!

CoR/CoC both work for me. But I will go for GPF this year so it will be OK if he goes to CoR…

Timing of the events is crucial, as is world placements. And you know NHK will have Yuzu, no matter what. I wonder if he even wants SC again... it isnt as close as last year where I was so lucky to see him in Mississauga. With it being 30 minutes from his training base you knew he would find a way to get there. So worth it, just to even see the practices.:luv17:

Yeah, after Patrick retires, Yuzu might finally win Skate CHANada, eh? :dev2:

Plus, he needs that fourth silver medal to add to his bedside collection ;)

Anyway, I think SA is an almost guaranteed NO. Plus, in 2013-2014, he (surprisingly) did NOT go to NHK, even as national champion. Also, wouldn't you know, the GPF was in Japan that year too , so he may not have felt like he needed to go to NHK. He got 2 silver medals on the GP series that year.

Lost both of them to Patrick lol he must have really liked patrick, he followed him everywhere!

So I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to the first GP (Skate Canada) again to test out his Olympic programs early and then something like TDF, CoR, CoC or NHK if they decide ticket sales > sending the national champ that's a lot of possibilities...

Oh trust me, the Chinese judges never show any kindness to Chinese skaters, just have a look at the detail score. I don't know why:palms:
So welcome to China!

Lol, I'm so sorry that this cracks me up so much. Poor ice rink. But lol

Good luck with those GPF tickets then! It's in Japan, so it will be a bloodbath to get tickets, but I'm sure the even will be great.

It's closer than 2015, isn't it?
And for NHK i think it depends on if Shoma will be there. I think that the pros of SC are that it's less travel and he can test his program earlier (giving him more time to adjust before olympics?)
And of course, letting me see him skate

Yuzu sell tickets faster than anyone else in Japan, I would expect... the matter is, he'll sell quite as fast in any country (maybe apart from the US?). But it's NHK which matters for JSF most.
I harbour a dream that Yuzu gets to skate in Sendai once again... just because.

Lol yes, he picked up so much ice, they actually saw the concrete underneath :palmf: but he was so cute when apologizing to the staff that they forgave him and didn't ask for monetary compensation. I guess it was quite expensive to fix :roll9:

You're my new hero for sharing this story. I'm having quite a laugh over here at work and everyone's giving me weird looks. :laugh2:

What?! Was the ice super thin?!

Would also be surprised if they asked for monetary compensation bc it's not like he was doing anything he wasn't allowed to do but darn i wish i was that cute i can get away with anything

Yes it's true they didn't ask for monetary compensation.
The venue in Shanghai is good for skating lesson and have fun but really not for competition…

Well with NHK, he can sell it out, snap of a finger. I think Autumn Classic wasn't sold out last year, even though he did fill the arena considerably. That one is also first-come-first-served on location. So I'm banking my hopes on that... and SC.

From my friends‘ words, it's not THAT thin, but it is thin since it's build for commercial.
No more than 5 person will jump 2A there, but they have competition on it. Ooooooops.
