Oh, I only saw one vid before the videos were gone. I think the posted made the videos private already. I only saw one of him doing a 4t. what were the other two? Any hints on "layout changes?" haha (i'm kidding)

Nope. 3A-lo-3S, both of them I believe.
Been in Paris since Wednesday, last night was the first of the two Kingdom Hearts concerts (with Japanese composer Yoko Shimomura in attendance and playing on the grand piano for the Encore!).

You know I have been thinking why he never does simulations and came to conclusion that maybe if he does it and does badly it might affect his mental in real competition, we saw how practice at 4cc sp affected , so I am thinking that this maybe the reason, this boy is pretty different from " normal" mortals
Based on this tweet sixteen mile sports complex, oakville, ontario. About 40-50 km from TCC. If anyone cares to check out and is nearby, suit yourself, it is an open event I think

I don't mind at all to be honest if he doesn't attend, as long as it is for strategic reason and not because of health reasons.
I think because it is an open event, he is cautious. Seems like he like to lay low before big competitions this season.

It's finally hit me now that I'm starting to pack...or at least get my packing ideas together lol. Do I take one large luggage to check or one small for check and one small for carry on. Hmmm. (I decided to bring the big one ad trust that it'll get there).

sigh.. i was thinking about Yuzu and spent a lot of time in the thread, I dreamed that I was watching Yuzu's practice at Worlds. but it was in Thailand, not in Finland. lol.. what a weird dream. but this is the first time I dreamed of Yuzu even though i have been obsessed with him for the last six months. things get real now.

It was wild. So many blaming and frustration and uncertainties and anger and depression lol.
It was actually the first time I de-lurk and post too, because everybody is either gloomy or angry
I was really sad, because I don't know if he would be able to skate again, or at least if he would be able to jump and skate to the same level as he did in the recent GPF that just passed. :sad21: We were even thinking if he would skip the season to fully recover, or GP series at least. So many worst case scenario playing in our head. The first time I saw him again was that FaOI video and I swear it was so emotional. The moment we saw the first video in instagram where he was stroking, we were so delighted and in euphoria.
Actually looking back, how he did this season is light years better than I imagined. Though I lamented a lot about the combo-that-must-not-be-named, I think considering his injury and how long he has been off-ice, he did really stellar! I seriously don't know if he will skate again after I heard about his injury news, so I think right now as long as he is relatively healthy, I would be more than glad. :sad4: We can't really take how important his health is for granted.
that sounds really intense. even though i went through the thread, i didn't really feel it since I was not involved or thought of myself to participate in the thread.
I remember waiting with so much anticipation for the skating season to start and the first Autumn Classic. Since it was the first ever competition I followed. It was an amazing feeling. I haven't experienced the Yuzu summer drought yet. It would be very hard I guess. sigh..

As much as I like Marin's R+J FS, she plays it more on the cute, romantic side and not so much on the passionate, stubborn, walking into tragedy kind.

Not only you think that. I mean I have never seen any good juliet. The aura does not match. Maybe Yulia but she had a horrible season when she used that music. What a pity cause I really wanted to see her skating to that program well.
I think the tragedy theme is too much for junior skaters though. To me, Yuzuru's Romeo 1.0 is immortal. No one can do something like that ever again.
I am not against Yuzuru go for Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet though.

...And I'm thinking again about the themes he will choose for his OLY season program. I don't see him choosing a warhorse again ... Not after SEIMEI and H&L...
