It's Worlds. Happens every time. There are over 2300 people present on the boards right now so GS gets slow. It'll be worse for the men

The gist of it is that the success rate is higher on his quads today, that he landed a good 4s-3t at the beginning of the 40 minutes, and that the Toe, loop and Salchow quads had stability.

I am surprised for Jason to skate in the last group, considering he almost skipped the entire season last year.

He did many Senior Bs and won them, i think. Thus getting many points still and last season he attended senior Bs too. He was 4th at worlds at 2014 so his rank will still be high. Considering how watered down europeans are nowadays, I do think the system is a bit "tilted" in a sense, based on the current distribution of the field (speaking of Kovtun here).
