I just read that article. What a disgusting pile of... It's not only a bunch of lies and quotes that were either mistranslated or completely taken out of context, it's also badly written. Javi definitely won't be happy if he reads it. It's also fairly condescending about FS in general, "en el mundillo del patinaje sobre hielo", really? Now, maybe this is a difference between Mexican and Spain Spanish, but that definitely sounds like a negative connotation to me, very much like a thinly disguised "the tiny, unimportant world of FS." Now I'm annoyed...
But seriously, though, who would've guessed Yuzuru was secretly a ghost and a shut-in! Definitely not me!

I'd love to stay up late and stream the competition but it'll be taking place during the wee hours of the morning here. I'm kind of grateful because if 4CC was any indication I might have had a heart attack before he came on. 
I read the Spanish article and just...lol. LOL. L O L. As irritating as that was it's only one country, one newspaper...even if it's important in Spain, it won't change the amount of fans Yuzuru has all over the world, won't change his superior skills, it won't change anything at all. I doubt anyone other than fs fans will care and those who do likely know better than to fall for something like that. In the grand scheme of things, this article doesn't matter at all.
It's not as bad as a post from a Korean forum last year that deliberately took things out of context and painted him in a really bad light.

Just leave it, he knows he can't make all people be his fan. But also he knows a large number of people love him.

Is anyone gonna write to them? cos I think I might. seriously though, its like slandering Yuzu. It sucks when people write about things they don't have concrete evidence for. It's ok if it in a forum like the Korean incident (I mean it's not ok but still better than in a widespread news article). As much as it sounds like a joke, there's bound to be lots of people that will believe this nonsense. :furious:

Haha I'm in a similar time zone as fishhead but I just got up XD. What are time zones anyway? XD. The things yuzu make me do....
i actually spent 30 minutes in conversation with a friend yesterday discussing whether i should sleep, watch practice, hang on until sp. or watch practice, sleep, wake for sp... first option won out ^_^||

ok I did another quick sketch of yuzu with pooh but with colour this time! Yuzu's skin have no colour though (forgot to add at the start and now idk how lol). :luv17: Hope this brings him good luck again
