How's practice going?

Someone just told me they bet Yuzu won't win in Pyeongchang. I feel sick to my stomach.

Prac: Hanyu 3A, 4T(hangs on), 4S3T, 4Lo
Practice: Yuzuru Hanyu runthru (marked Lo, 4S, marked F, 4S3T, 4T(fall), marked rest of jumps)

Jackie Wongs practice notes so far:

Prac: Hanyu 3A, 4T(hangs on), 4S3T, 4Lo;
Practice: Yuzuru Hanyu runthru (marked Lo, 4S, marked F, 4S3T, 4T(fall), marked rest of jumps)

No right now I'm actually just confused which fall we're talking about because I only shared practice videos  sorry, sleep deprivation taking a toll

The article was about the fall Yuzu had at the OP. The weird fall when he slipped off his edge and fell on his back. His fall was deem worthy of deserving a separate article on a Russian sports site. :)
Thankfully, you documented the fall on that video, so many fans were able to say that the site was making a mountain out of a molehill.

ETA: I don't how I'd be feeling if I were there. I have only slept around two hours today because of the stress. :( Which is weird - I'm not sad or hopeless or anything, but I'm just tense.

its better for you to ignore them no one knows what's going to happen especially men's fs
those people obviously have no idea how fs even works you can't always be on top unless you are like some kind of god or something
i get ticked off whenever someone say he's no longer a good skater cause he didn't win like other times when he broke a record
he's not perfect no one is no matter how good you are there's gonna be ups and downs
people are just so used to seeing him being on top all the time and forget that he's a fellow human being and also makes few mistakes
don't take it to your heart we know how amazing he is :console:

He's no longer a good skater because he hasn't had WR for a year? So... what does that make of the rest of the field - they're all terrible then!

As you can read in the last few pages circumstances are hard but ice is slippery for everyone. :devil:I wouldn't bet against him. Maybe we should give up the moral high ground and unleash the full potential of the ultimate weapon, Kikuchi-san, during Pyeongchang? :scratch2:

Yeah, pay Kikuchi-san his double fee!!!

Oh that one. Thanks for the clarification :)
Russians sure seem easily impressed if that warrants an entire article  such sensible souls

Hmmm, we've had a long history of love-hate relationship with the boy, so we're being watchful. His every single step is discussed ad nauseam. :)
If a legend takes a tumble on the ice, it sure is a portent of something sinister coming.

worlds fs starts at the time when I'm working
god why :sad4:
I was able to watch sp cause it was 11 at night here
i won't be able to check on my phone often

That is why I don't go anymore to certain webs in Russian and try not to read comments. There are much friendly places, like this thread 😃

You'd be well advised to steer clear of Russian sites in general if you care about your sanity. :)
I can't be affected anymore - I'm already insane!

i guess they ask other skaters why they even try lol

Nope, the other skaters "have potential" while Yuzu is just going downhill, obviously.

I guess this is the price to pay for being able to enjoy Yuzu's artistry on ice in real time. Plenty of skaters have crappy seasons and pull it all together just to have another crappy season and then a big breakthrough. We just need to wait and see and hope <3
