You should have!
But I think Yuzu acknowledged his fans from all over the world himself more than once...? Maybe my memory is off, but I thought he also said something like that in Helsinki (after the SP?). And then there are fan letters and all that stuff. The banner from the International facebook group was up during the LP right over the exit... so another thing he might have seen :)

I think he knows that wherever he is skating, fans from all over the world are cheering him, not just fans from Japan.
I mean...if he's aware of his fans on the internet, then he's aware he has a far reach with people who support him.

It would be nice to make a banner of something related to your country + Yuzuru in it in competition. Something like "Yuzuru Fangroup from Mexico" or Hungary, Egypt, Brazil, Singapore, Australia etc.

Do it for Yuzuru (not for the commentators, couldn't care less about them to be honest :p), I think he would be delighted to know that there are fans from all over the world (especially from a non-skating country/tropical country) supporting him and cheering for him (especially when your country barely have skating rinks lol). He is aware that he has many fans from all over the place but maybe he is not so aware that many of them actually come to see him in competition too, who knows

Fan groups is a great idea, but I'm wondering if he ever checks this forum cause you know he checks twitter and knows what's fans talking about lol.And the" it's not selfie thing "just drove me mad after the small ceremony for men free skating [emoji38][emoji38]

Actually, when we were in the concourse with our banners and pooh bears it seemed to really attract an audience. Fans would take photos of the banners, a lot of them Japanese, some of them probably Finnish. Fans must be drawn to each other :).

I wouldn't have left with half the swag I did, courtesy of fellow fans, if I didn't let pooh tag along lol.

Who knows, but I sincerely hope he does not. Forums like GS could be fluffy but they could be very messy too. I am inclined to think if he checked anything it would be mostly the Japanese platform. I am sure he checked himself on youtube/nicovideo though. it is just something any performer would do for evaluation; he definitely wants to know how he looks like skating on TV broadcast or fantaken videos so that he can improve on his performance and analyze if anything went wrong. I know Orser mentioned that they are listening to feedback from judges, panel etc (who knows maybe commentators too). Also, he would definitely check others' performances.

I sure hope he doesn't check in here because then I would be terribly embarrassed thanks to the invisible conversations (if you are reading this I'm sorry Yuzu, I really love you as a skater but you are really cute 💔 I can't help it, believe me, I tried to fight it!)

I wonder if he looked at all the MADs people made of him XD XD XD

speaking of, https://m.weibo.cn/status/409583832...61&lfid=4095433624488683&featurecode=20000180 <--- :luv17: OP just did a snippet, she was hoping someone would make a MAD with "Something Just Like This" but

So my procrastination got to me and instead of studying/doing stuff for school - I did this:

Yuzu - Worlds 2016 FP - Czech commentary

My program crashed midway when I was putting the subs in the vid - but luckily it was saved~ And I am really sorry for the crappy sound and some background noise - I made the vid by capturing the screen so it took sound from my PC mic ><

Or.. I see no translation for the FP - should I have rather translated the SP? ><

Since he said he likes to keep himself from "surroundings", I think even if he knew of the existence of forums and might have checked it once or twice, he would not really follow/check it more than that. Really, GS or other forums could be messy and I think he knew better not to surround himself with that. He could get more constructive criticism from judges/coaches/panels or actual professionals anyway.

Maybe? I don't know about MAD but his own performance/gala/practice videos I am 100% sure he would. He is more of a skating geek than I am (or any of us would be) and I checked most of his skating videos, whether it is competition, OP or gala/ice shows (and watched them when I am bored). I am sure he would be more extra than me :p He is pretty well-updated on news about skating/rumors about himself and what fans talked about, so he must have checked "something".

That was a cute vid ;)

Seriously, those lips...
May have some mistakes here and there but
"Cheering from the angels" (i think, or an angel's cheer? Support? I am not sure how to translate that word, waah, forgive me haha)
Crazy-chan: "Hm? I think i feel a presence"
Crazy-chan: "Ah, it was Hopelega-chan..."
Thank you!
Yep, that's why the song is called Notte Stellata and not The Swan :P
And i don't know... Baby Yuzu is such a nerd, maybe he did some research as to what he was skating to :)
I am sure he knows the lyrics, at least the general meaning.

Hopefully he will never find PPoS conversations :slink:

When for heaven's sake would he even have time to follow THIS thread? :laugh2: most of us can't even keep up all the time. ("Well I haven't checked GS in a while, maybe have a looksie what's going on there.... oh, only 218 new pages, must be a slow week")

Just wondering because every time I look on youtube/dailymotion/bilibili for new videos in general (and I look pretty frequently) there's about 10 new MADs added :palmf::rofl: It's kind of hard to avoid youtube suggestions even if you aren't looking XD

Truth.
