I hope i'm reading too much into it and he's actually in killer mode and he can only manage to keep a serious face like that so as not to scare his team mates

I was fully expecting him to smile widely to the crowd, considering he is at home... But i didn't see not even a smirk...
if he keeps being that gloomy at the cheering section i wil be seriously worried

It seems killer mode to me. No smiles, all business. He was like that before GPF SP. I am not worried.I hope i'm reading too much into it and he's actually in killer mode and he can only manage to keep a serious face like that so as not to scare his team mates

The camera is so biased to Yuzu XD it's funny to see P.Chan is his moose hat and then Yuzu looking deadly serious.
Looks like he's taking it seriously. Tbh I'm not surprised even though it's only WTT all the top men are there and While I'm not here for the Shoma vs Yuzu rivalry media is trying to spin I wonder if Yuzu doesn't want to be shown up by Shoma in front of the home crowd, especially since he missed Nats this year...
He doesn't seem gloomy to me so much as he's like "I am going to destroy everything"
I think LGC is going to get the last performance it deserves hahaha

Rink side report: Yuzuru hasn't styled his hair for the opening ceremony.
He is always that serious before competition and getting into the rink though

Yes, camera is biased, but I don't complain [emoji1].
He has many reasons to be serious, his rivals will take this competition seriously and will try to beat him. And he still has regrets about SP. But definitely not gloomy.

I watch the opening ceremony, yes he looks really reaaaaalllly serious.. Wonder what's in his mind... In the Men event had 5 top skaters among them, there will be so many quads..
But I hope yuzu enjoy this competition.. And make redemption for his SP- Status
