Please for the love of God, don't do the same to Yuzu. I want him to break a WR fair and square, because he skated cleanly and to his best ever, and not because judges are throwing candies over shaky landings.
Heck I know Yuzu also won't be happy/satisfied if it's the latter.

I think one of the reasons Yuzuru is serious is that it's in Japan, so there's a whiff of missed Nationals there and to top it off, the ruddy scores count and it's a candy party. Now that has to be pressure on him too.

Agree. There is no question mark on any of his WRs, and that should not change.

I will not be able to watch the livestream of the men's SP, but sending prayers and positive energy his way so he will perform LGC the way he wants to before his adoring home crowd. LGC is ripe for a clean performance. Go go Yuzuru!
