This is just my opinion based on trends I noticed in the last season. I think that the reason Yuzuru's PC and GOE are not as good as they should be is because he was making mistakes in the SP the whole season. The judges seem to be generous to skaters who they think will win, and maybe even trying to have the scores not too close to avoid contraversory. At World's he skated first and made a costly mistake so they probably thought that he would not win. They were stingy with him in the free so that they will give Javi and Shoma, who had better SP, a chance to win the competition.

I'd advise you to look at Javi and Shoma's PCS all season when they do and do not mess up, and contrast them with Yuzuru's. Maybe put Patrick in there as well... Oh, and you'll find a very... interesting peak in Nathan's PCS as well...

He has 2 costumes, only one might be blue And I don't think blue would change my opinion about the boobsskirt

Not yet, haven't looked through any of the ones I ordered yet. I ordered one from WTT though too, including pink bow pics :luv17:

Yeah, just one of them will be blue probably maybe the SP one again? Since he had doubts about his performance on the SP. Perhaps blue will make him feel a bit more confident in his abilities.

It is obvious that skaters are treated differently. Javi has been getting generous scores for a while and I don't see that changing anytime soon (he is the only European skater in the top after all). Shoma and Nathan are also being pushed heavily so I don't expect their scores to make sense.
Patrick is known as the king of PC so the judges cannot underscore him, but his inconsistency is hurting him and I am not sure how that will affect him next season.

Apart from the popped one at WTT FS, which other one did he fail? I don't remember now (in competition, not gala ).

Mcq and Meoima already answered the question, yes it was the 3A-1Lo-2S combo, the axel was successfully landed but because of the negative GOE I didn't count it. If I'm not that strict, then the magic number is 95%

Now we need to compare to his previous seasons and, if necessary, other men's jump percentage rates too.

I would like to do a statistics like this, just for fun, every season from 2010/2011 and every jumps. Then make a comparison with some of the men's rates from this season.

topic: I think it could. If Kolyada gets his confidence, consistency, stamina and programs together he can beat him. It's a lot to do, but I strongly believe it's possible for him. And then this year, Javi seemed to be standing in the same place with his programs. Repeating the short, long follows the same old formula, same layout. He must stay as the top European, and even then, momentum and base value are not with him. I don't say this to be harsh because I am a fan. Also, it's quite possible he and Orser have something up their sleeve after all.

Would this also mean your 4T statistics didn't count the 4T in the -1lo-3S combo at WTT since that also got negative GOE?

Um, yes thank you for the correction. I was in a hurry when I counted this, so I need a bit more time to do the whole counting properly. I think I'll make a separate comparison, one with negative GOE and one with fully rotated landings.

Relative to other skaters I think Patrick is now being underscored on Components (PCS).
