Maybe that person did a double tap on both forums lol. Cause you know, they live for that stuff.
Yes that poster has a nick on here as well. Generally she doesn't like Yuzuru playing sexy and thinks it's not his style.

Also posted to that thread an idea:
Maybe we can create many Yuzu's threads in fan fest? (We have a thread with links but it's not enough).
For example "YH: general chat&fun", "YH: articles (discussion)", "YH: technique (videos and discussion)".

That would be much more handy for all of us.
I'm not sure about the rules, if it's okay
not sure about being allowed, and also not sure it would even work. With many things it would probably not be clear where it should get posted, and then things get posted in 3 different places, and discussions in one thread bleed over into another, or nothing at all gets posted in the "specialized" threads and in the end everything just ends up in the general fan fest anyway. Kinda like the media thread, which was created to post links there, yet everybody just continued to post things in the general thread and nothing ever made it to the media thread.

I actually prefer it this way now, where we condense it together and copy it onto the media thread. Conversations flow much better and it's less confusing when backtracking.

+1
I'm dead.

In HD
And if you keep on watching there's a slow mo of it, too

Thank for linking it! It's great to see him having a good time with others, especially after visiting the edge :drama:

so many shots of his bare arms :dbana:

I have a thing for his arms lately, so I'm in Yuzu heaven :luv17: And it seems more appropriate thing to swoon about than previous ones :laugh2:

Well it's not like I am not patient. Look at the number of my posts. You guys know how hard it is to last here. Just at some point I am really tired. For example CanadianSkaterGuy is allowed to bicker and downplay Yuzuru and we as his fans continuously throughout the threads while we're constantly worried of being banned, even the admins and I clearly remember it's Mathman said something like he feel shameful about us. Then what's the point of being here when they clearly dislike us?
I am just very tired and disappointed.

I was only reading posts here until this year, but I love this thread and even a thought of people leaving because of a few haters pains me. I learned so much by reading this thread and was laughing so often. I just hope that we all will keep it as great as it is :ghug:

To emphasize our unquestionable presence on this forum here comes Yuzu as Statue of Liberty

Now I'm going to finnaly watch the video and I will leave my thanks after in the edge for sure :)

Nah, following just one thread is a hefty enough task.
And yeah, posting anything Yuzu related in the Edge is asking for trouble. Ignore the Edge. :)

Honestly maybe we should just ignore certain posters. Use the ignore list or just never engage with them and their style of posting will soon become very tiring for them. Meanwhile we have the fan fest! :agree:

This is actually what I've done. Because in all my long years on internet forums, I've learned that the best way to stop a troll is not to feed it. And the best way not to be tempted to feed it, is to block it.

Edit: I see that I've missed some developments.

Wow, glad I was away all day after reading that there's some nastiness going on, leading to some negativity in here.... just ignore it, guys. I rarely venture into The edge because yuzu is a lightning rod for criticism and it makes my head hurt reading opinions and counter opinions. I just stay in the fan fest and try to stay positive. Nothing we say or do will change opinions, you either love or appreciate him, or you don't. Trying to convince people of something they are already opposed to, whether it is skating or anything else, only leads to more negativity, anger, frustration.

I just want a few more glimpses of him and then I will be more than happy to hear that he is happily in Toronto ninja mode for the rest of the summer.

I'm on FSU but it's not as active, not only in Yuzu fan fest but other threads as well. I have a Members subscription so have access to the Sekret section which is kind of fun during competitions because people post skater & coach sightings and photos. FSU is more "tolerant" of bad behavior in my opinion, so you have to be really bad to be banned. I guess if people feel stifled on GS then they could try it out. I like that the Yuzu fan fest here is so HUGE and diverse. Age demographic seems younger here - it sounds like some of you are my daughter's age. Although there are a few of us "old farts" here. When I get tired and super busy, more people go on ignore because I don't have the time/patience to wade through.

I am glad that we are in Canada. We praise all skaters and recognize how hard work, hard training they all do, even if they are not tops in the world. I have watched Canadian tv reporting skating competitions many years. They are very fan of Yuzuru, all of the commentators on CBC, TSN, Radio - Canada French. Even the media is always complementary about him. They can criticize, they don't put down other skaters. Maybe I am naive, but I don't see fans war, coaches war, media war against any skater, be he or she is Canadian or not Canadian. I can not imagine someone from Toronto will say negative comments about Osmond because they want to put her down, to the advantage of Gaby. We don't have it here in Canada hopefully.
That's the spirit I prefer. :)

If by 'developments' you mean my continued posts to CSG. Then I just wanted to explain my intention was ending his discussion there amicably so that other posters could add their thoughts in a better environment and poor Doris could have less of a headache dealing with that thread. I apologise if anyone is annoyed that I continued to engage with him.

Haters gonna hate,I've got a lot of videos to watch and many works to do lol.So good morning everyone I'm heading to work ❤️

No, no! I'm not annoyed! What I meant about missing some developments was mostly because I noticed people talking about moving from GS, which I assumed had to do with that Edge thread I didn't intend to touch with a tenfoot pole but ended up checking out as a result. Can't say I have the best feelings about the mod attitude about it, to be honest (yes, that was double standard; they'd have been better off just saying they'd changed the title to avoid petty wars and thread derailment, which ended up worse after the title change anyway).

I do feel like it's completely useless to engage someone whose every post is basically written in a way to bait a specific response and giving it to them is just feeding their continued baiting. I've noticed this during my lurking, I've noticed it during some discussions since I've officially joined this forum, and the pattern doesn't change, so I'm surprised people are still being lead into engaging in that vicious cycle.
