Yuzu has learned to say "no", so yup I won't be surprised if he misses a few.
I remember, tho, Zhenya saying that she'd like to do a number with Yuzu if it is planned by the organizers of the FaOI show she'll take place in. Maybe Yuzu told her he might come (only might, since he didn't confirm anything yet).
He could say no last season because he was injured. This season he is healthy. No federation will let him go free. This is the the time to collect money from commercial and they need all the stars to promote for Olympic.
Back to Hanyu, I heard that he will get choreography from David Wilson? Is that the final decision?

I m kinda scared about this gossip as I didn't see Wilson's commitment to Hanyu actually, never. I don't mean that Wilson treated Hanyu's program badly in any way, I just disn't see his commitment and understanding to Yuzu like his to Javi. I typically concern his understanding and open-mindedness to oriental culture while Yuzu has developed a tendency to use his programs to speak on his culture. I hope Yuzu can keep Bourne, but... I understand he has his choice.

Ah Max, the original fanboy who coined Planet Hanyu. He's always so darn enthusiastic, one wonders if we're even at his level as a fan. And he is an actually knowledgeable commentator in the FS community. One of the most interesting bits of knowledge I read from him somewhat recently was that Yuzuru had occasionally been trying the 4Lz as the last jumping pass at TCC during his H&L run-throughs (instead of the 3Lz). Apparently this had been enough of a thing some people were worried he might have tried it at Helsinki during his FS. This is some craziness right there; only anime characters and aliens do things like this.

I'm not talking about last season, it was obvious that he couldn't skate. But two years ago, he did much less shows and other stuff than after Olympics because he ended up training little and being very tired before the new season (even Brian complained about it) and also hurt his back in the process.
No final decision indeed, it was just gossip. As long as there's nothing from Yuzu, don't believe what other "sources" may say.
I also loved Max's tweet about the annotated video, "technical omnipotence" indeed! Max also tweeted about the 4A and Yuzu having landed one at TCC about a month before Worlds. I'd be very curious if someone at the Club recorded it!

I don't think any recording is allowed at Toronto Cricket Club unless the skater asks someone to record them. I believe that media is allowed access one day per year. No one should be taking or posting video of Yuzuru without his permission.
