Yes, it is, and almost everybody is wearing it. I guess these outfits is for opening number.

Sorry to be seriously off topic but Choo Choo TRAIN (composed by Nakanishi) and this choreography was initially performed in 1991 by ZOO, EXILE creator HIRO's former group.

I just realized that this was before Yuzuru was even born!

Anyway, I'm so excited by all the FaOI updates and throwback video. Looking forward to seeing Yuzuru enjoying himself with friends at a show again.
Too bad I'll be working during the broadcast on Sunday.
