Yuzuru Hanyu: 2016-17 Season

Yuzu didn't participate in the quad battle at the end, only did a Lunge with Nobu after Nobu did a 4T3T1Lo. Also, the 4T he did at the finale was apparently within a spread eagle sandwich. It was his 'revenge' 4T from the fail ones he did today. The only quad he landed today. :laugh2:

Good that he didn't participate in the quad battle because I read some reports saying the falls in Chopin looked painful. It's great he has been very cautious about his body lately :)

The last day of Kobe and I woke up at 6 in the morning (again) and I see nothing about him (again) :laugh: I'm still hoping Mr. Noto will share some photos (he usually works slower than other media IMO and I'm not blaming him for that), but if he won't, I wonder if he has to keep them for the photo book which was announced to be published later.

I'm happy if I can see pictures today, but the show will be aired tomorrow so I can wait :biggrin: I hope the skaters enjoy the last show!!

Some days, the jumps go on a holiday, and you can't force them to come back till they're ready. I hope today's show is better for everyone. I'll be painting in my room while still keeping a hopeful eye out for reports and photos. (but the chances seem slim)
 
If my eyes did not deceive me, Yuzu was sitting rinkside during Plushenko's Sex bomb. He is such and fanboy, clapping and cheering throughout the whole performance. In the end Plushy left his clothes rinkside and Yuzu rushed to pick them up :biggrin:

No quad battle for him either today, but he did the pistol pose :yes:
SP: Beautiful 4Lo before the music started. Then one with a stepout in the program, perfect 3A, 4T with a stepout but fought for a 2T afterwards.
 
Now all I wish is good camera work in the broadcasting tomorrow (especially in the Cat's Eye).
 
Again he finished one of the opening numbers back to back with Javi pointing guns with his fingers and then high fived him :)
