Yuzuru Hanyu: 2017-2018

Today's Notte Stellata was very pretty. I got new pretty shots of ina bauer. But instead of a gentle swan, he looks a bit more like an energetic swan this time.

Ahhh so cute!! My stream got cut after Yuzuru (thank god). Such graceful twizzle. What did he do for the group selfie? Was he climbing onto someone?

Yuzuru playing with the gold ribbons is the soft thing I have ever seen. my heart feels so warm and mushy. How can a human being be so cute, sexy, inspiring, elegant and beautiful? First the jacket unzipping thing yesterday and now the gold ribbon - he needs to stop playing with our heart (jk never stop doing it please).

Yuzu says he will continue competing after the Olympics and that he wants to land the 4A...(presumably after the Olympics)
So, now it's official...for now. -One knows that such things are subject to change.

I am so glad that he finally say it!!! Yes, 4A! Yes, no retirement in near future! :yes2::yes2:

It was perfect, everything was more detailed and just more perfect. :luv17:

It's so beautiful, this is so far my favourite proformance of Swan! The 3A with the twizzle exit is really beautiful :luv17: and all details were executed with so much care.
Yesterday I still want a new EX; Today I change my mind and happy to have Swan (even for the rest of the season)
All the fun videos from EX and practice of EX really made my day :thank:

I saw so many comments in the other threads berating the girl who cried. Most of it was based on their assumptions of what the girl felt; that she was bitter about Yuzuru coming second to Nathan. I didn't know so many people had the clairvoyance to tell the exact emotions others felt. whatever it looks like to someone, there is no true way of knowing what she felt at that moment. plus, I think the beauty of sports is that it makes us feel things. without that passion - this surge of emotion, it would be dull. it's fine if they are on their high-horse where they appreciate a good skate completely unbiased whoever it comes from. good for them. but some people are human and they are allowed to express their emotion. from what I see, the main thing is that she is not causing a ruckus or doing harm to anyone. she did not swear at Nathan or anyone else. so I do not understand what they are all criticising her for. I just hope she is coping and not letting all this negativity affect he:luv17:r. one girl crying on her own is nothing compared to the childish stuff that some football fans do.
I hope we can all continue to enjoy sports the way we like without fear of being judged for being so moved by someone.

I understand her feelings, however, this is disrespect to Nathan...
Similar problem happened 5 years ago, Yuzu was young star and Daisuke Takahashi was a king in Japan.
When they competed at JNats, most were Daisuke's fan. Yuzu beat Daisuke, but people cried and didn't congratulate him.
Yuzu said that he was close to tears about to cry at that time. I don't want every skaters to feel sad from like this anymore, and I think he also doesn't want us to cry when he is defeated...
Nathan is very smart and thoughtful person, and he always respect other skaters, I really like him.
So, I'm disappointed with her tears...

I knew he decided to continue competing as long as he can, but finally we got a promise from him :agree:
I always cheer you, Yuzu! :hap10:
