Hi there. Newbie here. Well to this thread anyway. Long time skating fan but mainly Ice Dance. Have always enjoyed javi as he is European like me but the Olympics brought a certain Mr. Hanyu to my attention. I was pretty much instantly smitten. His grace on the ice really moves me. Suffice to say that since the Olympics I've basically fallen in love with the man- skating wise and as a human being. So hello one and all.

Since I saw Wakaba’s MJ EX I can’t stop thinking what Yuzu could do and I think it could be pretty amazing!

That group number is probably the most favorite of mine from FaOI and I've watched that move from Yuzuru many many times, it was so cool :agree: Thank you for sharing happy video

The news paper, Kahoku Shinbun, had run a large spread of Yuzu in their newspaper which many people could 'sponsor' and have their names included on the spread. --The profit from that spread was donated to the Miyagi Skating association.

Thanks. I haven't seen this video before and the music is actually in sync with his stroking Yeah I can even watch Yuzu stroking all day without any jump. His movements are so fluid.

Thank you sooo much for this link! I can see, why so many people love to attend his practice sessions. This is such incredible quality. The way he's accelerating across the ice, the body posture, the soft and elegant movements... it's a joy to watch really.

There was a short clip of them stroking together during Olympics practice but I don't know where to find it.

Yuzu can connect the audience with music, thus to create a special moment to let them being impressed. I still have clear images about his OG performances till now. There are various processes to create a program, but its final goal is to make "special moment" happened.

So beautiful - there is a reason why so many of us keep wishing for a black costume (okay with sparkles because it's Yuzu and he must be allowed his sparkles) and I wish it every time I see him practicing in underarmour, like dark flowing water, or pure lightning wrapped in black silk....

Completely in agreement, TallyT. There is nothing--nothing!!!--like Yuzu in blacks, the lines are absolutely to die for.
