2nd half of FS looks very easy for him right now, just to get trough two elements at the beginning and it will be perfet

Later he might replace the 3F3T to 3Lz3T and maybe 3Lo to 3F?
I really like his Lutz. His set up is so quick.

These struggles with the 4S are quite surprising actually. Yuzu's 4S is the most consistent quad this season so far (for him even the best jump overall  ):
3/3 successful attempts with average GOE 3.84.

Sure, numbers and statistics don't win competitions, but I'm optimistic that we'll see great Salchows from him at COR, too. :hap10:
The 4Lo's causing me more headache at the moment. However, let's wait and see...

EDIT: oh dear, I just realized it's post #500 :laugh2:

I really appreciate how they show non-Japanese fans here. The media should start recognizing that it is not only in Japan that Yuzuru has fans.

I think the sheer size and fervour of his Japanese fan base is so overwhelming it does overshadow the rest of us a little... but from the Helsinki press conference it's clear he knows we're here and watching  (I wonder if he does quite realise how many will do so at ridiculous hours of the morning, though??)

I love them showing him and Kazuki together, Yuzuru does like 'adopting' and looking after the younger skaters (Shoma, Junhwan), it seems he's never forgotten what it was like to be so young in those first senior years.

Wow, that photo... or any photo of him, really... If I could choose to have either his skating skills or his complexion, I don't even know which one I'd pick. Has he ever said anything about his skincare routine?

Sounds wonderful... I had to miss it, so am now waiting for the start of the competition itself... why why why does he have to be last??????

Good crowd again, it seems..... I wonder why?:laugh2:

Over-all, seems that the edge jumps are back and behaving and just GET THAT COMBO YUZU!

Danke for organizing all the live update footage for us! Those successful 4Los... my God. (Also, if I could skate half as well as Yuzu does when cooling down, I’d be thrilled. [emoji23])

Just hope he’s happy with his performance today. The wait is almost over!
