Same thought here. Yuzuru said after SP that he almost maxed out in the layout of today, so I wonder if he puts 4Lo as the first jump. He also said that before considering about upgrading SP layout, he wanted to skate LP beautifully first. Maybe 4Lo in the latter of the season? :think:

Just watched Yuzuru’s SP. It was absolutely fantastic. I think Buttle’s choregraphic style is perfect for Yuzuru and Yuzuru interprets the music and movements beautifully.

I’m still not a fan of Atonal, but the program ie choreography just amazing. I thought Yuzuru’s skate was outstanding so much stronger than Helsinki. He always skate with speed but he looked to be floating across the ice tonight. His spins were gorgeous as was his jumps. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how good I thought he skated. 😊

I can’t wait for the LP and wish him much success with that skate.
 
Today, my boyfriend randomly texted me to tell me he’s not sure which of Yuzu’s jumps he’s more in awe of — the 4S or the 3A. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

My work here is done and, yes, this is part of why I’m marrying this boy.

I am so fascinated by all the behind the scenes clips in this I can't stop watching

I showed a friend his SP today (she said she wasn't really interested in figure skating but she agreed to one! :laugh: ). She watched for a minute and then just went 'But it's like he's not even skating? Is he actually touching the ground or just floating??'

I like all these behind the scenes and interviews :)

BUT at the same time, it is really difficult to focus on the competition itself for Japanese fans. TV asahi, what is your point of doing this "a few minutes delayed" broadcast every season? If you want to show these Yuzuru's images during the broadcast, you can do better with calculating the time more. Yesterday, I watched SP on the live stream because I didn't trust TV asahi and I was right. When the skaters were introduced on the live stream, they started to showing Yuzuru's SP of Helsinki :gaah: I was like, "Hey! Yuzuru is on the ice now! What are you doing!?" They have been receiving many complaints from figure skating fans (including Yuzuru's fans like me) for years but they never change :ohwell:

So the live streams are always my friends after all, sorry for my rant :cry:

I did the same too. I watched the livestream, and after Yuzu's performance switched to Asahi again to get the HD broadcast on my TV. --Well, at least I got to see Yuzu twice.
But I'd prefer a live broadcast and the behind the scenes afterwards.

Yeah, at first I thought he might have been sulking when he stayed on the ice, but when he left warm up... oh, man, please don’t turn into a Cup of Calamity.
 
I hope they are just being cautious. --In any case, we probably won't have news for a few hours because that's how long it would take to get a check by a medic right?
I'll wait and keep checking the feeds for news.
 
Why is this happening to him, why. I am almost crying. Let's wait for the information.
