The degree of his injury isn't necessarily worse than originally suspected.(knocking wood) I didn't see anything in the article saying that anything has changed. Hopefully it's more a matter of how even if it does heal completely in 3 weeks, that leaves him less than a week to prepare for the GPF.
I'd say by implication he won't be competing at an event in his rehabilitation period.I do hope so. Guess I have the tendency to become a worrywart when it comes his injuries.

Is there any mention of Nationals or any hinting about it in these articles? I hope Yuzuru doesn’t feel obligated to attend since it should still be in his rehab period.
Or no.. That means no nationals right?I'd say by implication he won't be competing at an event in his rehabilitation period.
Looks like Yuzuru withdrew from GPF?

And maybe no worlds?
So, according to the news its 3 weeks rest & 1 month rehab ? Means till end Dec or early Jan 2019.
WC starts 20 March 2019. Plenty of time.
Maybe he will compete in Four Continents too???

Does this mean he will likely go to 4CC to regain his competition experience before Worlds? I don't think he will make it in time for Nationals.Decided to withdraw from the GPF could be the best choice for Yuzu at this time, hope the rehab will go well. May the power of Pooh be with you, yuzu chan
