Judge 3 must have pressed the wrong button one time for giving him GOE 0 for CSSp. For all the other element's he gave great GEO and also PCS looks fine. So I just think that person pressed the wrong button xD.

So basically, Yuzuru changed the layout of SP because he wanted to get more GOE on the jumps, and also he had not been comfortable in doing 4T3T at the timing of the old layout while he always wanted to do the combo more beautifully feeling the music. He decided to change it a week ago and did the choreography by himself, so he has not done many run-through yet. I remember the similar thing happened when he was skating Chopin's Ballad, he is really sensitive to the tempo/tone/sound of the music and doesn't feel good when the jumps don't fit. He said doing 4T in the latter half of Origin was easier than 4T3T in Otonal.

Many people thought (including myself) he changed the layout because he wanted to save energy, but he was on another level :laugh:

I also think the jumps fit better this way.

Any video links? I can't find an unblocked video of the SP anywhere :( and that's with multiple VPN tries lol

Haha, the many people is most probably 99.99% of people. The 0.01% who knows Yuzuru's mindset is his mum.

Yes, Brian, Yuzu was not alone, he was with Pooh! 😆

I was thinking this new layout seems to be an intermediate... that the layout is in the transition phase to a jump upgrade.

I feel Yuzuru can do anything in this program now, as he said he could upgrade the first jump to 4Lz or 4Lo. And it may lead to 3A with different entries and exits depends on the competitions :) (but our nervousness watching him will never change :biggrin:)

It's a tiny bit funny but also quite sad that this shows how exhausted he already is. Wish you the best Yuzu! Hope you could rest well and can have a nice training today. Does anybody know if nats will have a gala after the competition? I was never really able to watch any so I don't know. Since it's not mentioned in the schedule there probably won't be something like that, right?

The ice show called "Medalist on Ice" will be held on Monday and we take it as Gala of Japanese nationals (http://www.onice.jp/#tv). Also there will be official announcement of team Japan for Junior WC, WC and 4CC tomorrow. According to TV schedule, the medalists will be on Fuji TV live after the announcement, so I think we're going to see Yuzuru a lot until Monday (and then the drought comes :biggrin:)
