He looked really refreshed and I wouldn't worry about that turn out. All in all he looked fine and ready to go. This evening he'll rest and will probably do image training or will practice some movements in his room. I'm glad that he looks much calmer .

Wow! Physics-wise, that is a very good sign for the 4A that he can do such a great 3A with his jacket open. That would really disturb one's moment of inertia and make it much harder.

For (much, much lower level) reference, I once tried using my off-ice spinner in a long skirt, and it slowed me down so much I had to change.

It is late and not certain at all, but I read on a German forum that normally it was Brian Orser who had to go to Torino, then the Japanese Federation registered Ghislain Briand without asking TCC, so he had to go. I was expecting a low-risk practice but I know no practice is 100% risk free so I went here to check practice reports so I could relax a little more knowing he got through it fine...instead I read he's throwing out 4 Lutz on top of a bunch other quads...didn't he say he wasn't gonna do 4 Lutz this competition?

Yuzu is actually very minimalistic in his practice. In Torino, in the Friday practice, he started with a 4T-3T, then 4Lo, then 4Lz, all his jumps were perfectly effortless. What else then other than 4A?
It reminded me of 4S evolution in 2014 Barcelona GPF practice , after two years of struggle , it became effortless in a few weeks.
Dear Yuzu, remember you have to rest properly !

Aww...he looked so fine but after the first jump he seemed to struggle for other elements as well. Shortly before the end it seemed as if he was out of the program. Boy, is he that exhausted :'(? But he can laugh in the Kiss & Cry. Please Yuzu, get LOOOOOOTS of rest now!
