Speaking of camera angles, in this interview of photographer Yohiki Kogaito (author of the photo book Y) by the Yurindo bookstores, he explained how he managed the iconic photo of Yuzuru Hanyu just after his Olympic Seimei: he had reviewed videos of Yuzuru Hanyu's past competitions, and observed that he used to show his most telling expressions under this angle, so he chose to go there, and the bet proved happy.
