He starts it more conservatively than he really should for the music. Not great speed throughout either and the axel was mediocore quality. Cha was still better than this for me.

Yep. Very little speed in his skating overall, too, especially step sequence. Beautiful spins, but that's about it.

Could use more committed movement throughout the skate, too. Not the best use of the upper body (think of opening up your chest and absolutely flying like bird).
