I believe judges judge to the field they are looking at.I would suspect that PCS marks are still somewhat fluid and relative (like all marks in the 6.0 system) so that if you have a stand out skater in a less talented group of skaters, they will get high PCS marks to the rest of the group. I noticed that Czisney got lower (for her) PCS marks at EGLs as well but they were high relative to the others she was competing against. There are NO absolutes on that second mark because it is still hard to quantify.

I don't think so. I believe that Amber last competed in 2004, when she won the bronze at the U.S. Collegiate championships (Alissa was first).Does Alissa's sister still skate?
