I can't help but feel Starr and her team haven't quite hit the sweet spot with her packaging yet, and the same with her movement quality. I think she wants to be something different, and she can be, but no one is quite sure how to get her there yet.

I think you are right about the packaging and movement quality. IMO, they have chosen songs that are just too mature for a teenager the last 2 years. I would really love to see her work with a new choreographer. I think a fresh set of eyes is needed.

Askari Nakahara reminds me of Mai Mihara. Generically beautiful with steady jumps. The spirals and her smile are above average. Liked her very much.
