I know that Skate America is nearly always the first event of the GP. I'm wondering why (And forever happy) that it was the last event in 2017.

Seeing that lift live in the arena nearly gave me a heart attack, and trust and believe I know what it feels like to almost have a heart attack!

Pairs can be terrifying to watch live. I remember being at Skate America and watching Bereznaia getting thrown all over by Shliakov and seeing Dmitriev with both his partners.

I hate those free trials where you have to calendar when to cancel before they charge your card given when registering. Free Proton VPN came highly recommended last season and it has proven to be the best. Just don’t forget to turn it off when done!

Its nice to see the Germans skating so well this season. I know they have struggled with injuries a lot. Hopefully they stay healthy this year.

Fun fact, I saw Joan Jett sing the national anthem when I went to game 1 of the ALDS 2 weeks ago when I saw the Orioles play the Rangers.
