I'll bring it back to skating, I think a great theme for a Free Dance would be "Salute to Sauerkraut!" with lots of polka rhythms and Alpine yodelling. And one traditional way of making saurerkraut involves stomping on it barefoot like grapes and I'd like to see some brave pair incorporate cabbage stomping steps into their footwork!

kefir is a dairy drink, that reminds buttermilk.
