I am crossing my fingers for Mao, she is not too far behind (approx 11 points). If she can pull it through in the long program, I can see a podium finish for her.

I have no expectations, nor am I hyped up like I was before the competition began. The mens was a downer with the withdrawal of Brian, and the inconsistency of Kevin Reynolds, whom when *on * can really light it up.

As a result I didn't know if I wanted to watch the womens, but finally decided "what the heck". :)

I like this music "Sing, sing, sing", reminds me of Rachael skating to it. :) Too bad about the young French girl's mistakes. :(

Well Didier didn't look like she wanted to be there after awhile.

So Brian withdrew. Things just aren't working out like he thought.

This German girl looks really happy to be there:laugh: or is this a part of her presentation.
