So who is the current record holder for number of deductions in a programme both SP and FS?

Probably depends on if it's "total points deducted" or "total things deducted for" since Elisabet's is really only 2 deductions (-1 for a fall, and -5 for the interruption for the nosebleed issue), just a lot of points.

Horrible luck for Elizabet. Way back when, there used to be an injury timeout allowed. The skater then had the choice of starting from the point in the program where they had to stop, or doing the entire program over. Either way the judges picked up scoring from where the program stopped. Is there no longer an injury timeout? It seems as though there should be for a situation such as Elizabet's.

Yes, they lose 5 points if the program is delayed over a certain amount of time (is it 30 seconds? a minute? idk). Same thing happened to the boy in Colorado. ...

6) Interruption in performing the program – for every interruption
- for 11-20 sec. interruption: -1.0 point deduction
- for 21-30 sec. interruption: -1.0 point deduction
- for 31-40 sec. interruption: -1.0 point deduction

7) Interruption with allowance of up to 3 minutes to resume from the point of interruption – once per program: -5.0 points deduction

There doesn't seem to be a no-deduction timeout, just a varying scale of deductions for shorter interruptions and then the 5 point deduction for needing up to 3 minutes to resume at the point of interruption. (Look at Rules 353.n and 515)
