In bold, GOE and PCS needing improvement... but also levels on two of the spins.
Once again, a judge really gave her strict PCS marks. The reality is that all the points she makes with those combos in the second half, including two 3-3 combos, are lost on PCS.

Also note that at this event, she participated in the Senior division. The previous competition, she participated in the junior division, but that was next gen, and with the hopes of making JGP events. It seems like this is a clear indication that she will compete Senior domestically and Junior internationally, unless she sneaks in a challenger or senior B on top of her JGP and potentially Junior worlds (of course, that's a long way in) .

She is still the best junior ladies in the next gen for me. I hope that she will get a junior grand prix spot or a Senior B competition.
I have the impression that she will score higher internationally in PCS. In Canada, the judge are strict with her PCS.

Well, Lia killed either in her Novice debut. That girl continues to amaze me with her improvements. At Novice Nationals, she debuted a 3F. At Canada Winter Games, she debuted a 3Lo. Now, at this competition, she debuted a 3Lz (questionable edge calls just like Kaiya; as I can’t tell the difference of a flip or lutz when either of these skaters jump them); She also attempted a 2A 3Tq 👏

Her scores were announced incorrectly and I loved how they laughed it off and the assistant coach went straight for the calculator. I have no idea what she actually scored 🤪

One thing I realized, is that my fave skaters (Kaiya, Grace and Lia) all come from Calalta FSC. This club has really happy supportive skaters in their club.

Wow! That is an amazing score 😍
Wow! Just wow! I don’t know if anybody can beat this girl at Novice this year. Last year, Sandrine Blaise was her only loss at the Canada Games. So, should be a battle between Sandrine, Lia and Ashley Dinh.
But, the Novice girls from AB have some promise. Even the girl that came second with 120+ was quite good. The bronze medalist also does pairs and already has a 3Lz in her arsenal. Good job 👏 Novice girls!

PS she didn't get any edge calls.
Shin Amano is their biggest threat. Almost cost Kaiya, a top ten finish at Junior Worlds with all those calls. Calalta really needs to teach these skaters proper jump technique with the flip and lutzes.
