Never heard of her, but I guess she was a skater in her time?

She was the Pewter medalist.
Also: She is a two-time Winter Universiade champion, a winner of two silver medals on the Champions Series, and the 1996 U.S. National silver medalist. She finished in the top ten at two World Championships and competed in 13 U.S. Championships.

Strong start with the triple lutz triple toe, maybe not fully rotated. A pity with a fall on the flip. I like how soft Vanessa jumps looks, adds to the quality. Lovely dress, lovely movements, a really interesting skater for the future for sure.

Despite the flip fall, her TES doesn´t look so bad.

Vanessa's dress is lovely
Heh I was thinking of The Simpsons quote, but that's interesting about the time!

Ooh did she get bronze? Or pewter?

I do like the giant maple leaf in the KnC!
Pewter.
