Dutch Figure Skating 2021-2022

Daria and Michel ended in 9th place at the WC. Two pairs next year. That's great.

And guarantees them two spots on the Grand Prix!

Lindsay van Zundert placed 17th at the WC at Montpellier. It was a long season!

The season may be long, but there still are competitions.

At the Egna Spring trophy from the 7th to 10th of April 2022 there is a Dutchie present:

Jr Women: Jolanda Vos

There are lots of Italians (no surprise as Egna takes place there), but also Austrian, British, Canadians, Americans, and others. Only singles. But it should be fun!

There will also be a Dutch Team at the World Synchro Champs: 7-9 April 2022. Team Ice United.

Synchro is still to come but we're not done with the Single's yet!

Skate Copenhagen:

Basic Novice girls 8-9 yrs old: 3rd the Dutch girl Donna de Laat.
Basic Novice girls 10-11 yrs old: 1st the Dutch girl Lucca Dijkhuizen.
Advanced Novice Girls younger: 2nd the Dutch girl Nazomi van Bergen Bravenboer.

Egna Spring trophy

Jolanda Vos (Jr Women) was 21st of the 22 young women. Lots of withdrawals (8 women), originally there were 30!

Synchro: The Dutch team Ice United was 18th out of 23 teams. 22nd for the SP, 19th for the LP. Well done!!!!

Junior Worlds is the last event of the season. There is one Dutch entree. Julia van Dijk will take part in the JR Women competition. Good luck Julia!

Julia van Dijk was 16th in the short programme with 54.61 points and will perform the Free Skae tomorrow. Good luck Julia hap10:) and well done for what you executed today cheer:)!

Julia van Dijk fell a little back today and has ended in 20th place! Well done Julia !
