I am so sad for Yulia, she is a brilliant athlete and an amazing girl. I love her and she developed always her artistic skills.
She just needs to regain self confidence. Maybe she should change her LP and use Schindler List for the end of the season... and wait next season for changing her program. I think that when routine goes wrong it will be better to just stop.

Even when she is defeated she radiates more than I ever could. I think when she salutes the audience it is so warm and heartfelt. Even when she dominated she always bowed her head genuinely to the crowd. She isn't a look at how beautiful I am type of skater but instead...look at how beautiful this monent is type of skater. I am still so jealous of this girl

For me going back to SL would be a huge mistake and she will not get rewarded for that.
That will really be a humiliation, IMO.
It's not the program, per se, that isn't working. The program is beautiful and she is getting PCS.
@ALL: By the way, I don't like this dress. The one at TEB was gorgeous.

Yes, not moving back. She has to move forward. She needs to overcome this challenge. Sport is moving fowards. She can do it. Her scores might suffer but that's alright. She needs to move forward for the long term. There's still 4 years ahead.

Her attitude even after her program shows that she is a brilliant athlete. And her dress is lovely. I like it, and I think that this dress is perfect for her program.
I wonder if it might be helpful for Julia to sit out a season. She will be out of focus for the public and have the time to sort out her feelings and the technical problems she has. Then she can come back stronger and more settled, like Liza did. She will need it to face the additional competition from the juniors.
I believe in our girl. I bet she can make it.

Maybe it is not the solution to use SL... and I love her R&J, but it's just so sad to see her so disappointed after her performances

I think she should've done that before, not partecipating the GP's. Now, I'm not sure about it. I'm for Yuzuru's approach. But it's her decision in the end. She knows how much she can push herself. Whatever she does she has our support, always.
Argh, that interview is heartbreaking. It sounds like no matter what she tries, the jumps just don't go off. And she can't understand why.
Y'know, it reminds me of an interview with Adelina's coach from a while back: "What's the use of all of Adelina's clean performances in practice, when it just doesn't happen in competition?" I hope Yulia will be able to come back from this slump like Adelina did from her GPF disaster last year.

Our girl will fight back. I am sure. At least she's in the GPF and she isn't last.
