I've been a figure skating fan since Michelle Kwan was a teenager.
In between Michelle and Yuzu, I became a mother of two, got my doctoral degree in psychology and has been teaching and doing research in a college.
I am glad that I fell in love with Yuzu's skating a year ago.
And I am very lucky to be able to visit this thread in between my duties.
Keep the thread going.

In other shows, they did back-to-back pistol pose and made a heart with their arms.
Such dorkyness from Team Japan.
Only a day away and I missed a milestone! Oh well there's always the next one...
It's possible that Hanyu-san is resting nicely at home now, right? Even though we were told he needed two weeks in the hospital? Saw a tweet from a Japanese guy who also had the same condition 7 years ago. He said he was in the hospital for a week, and the pain was like his stomach was exploding. He said that Hanyu-san must not be a "normal" person to be able to endure that and gave that performance.

Reading his replies below that as well... he said after the surgery he walks like a granpa and although he went back to working after 2 weeks of resting at home but even then he couldn't run so I can't imagine how it would be for Hanyu to start intense training for world in this condition. Adding the fact that he's plan to go back to his original layout... :think: I'm starting to side with the guy here... Hanyu could not be human :yes:

So, in his mind, he is DEFINITELY going to Worlds. And we all know how strong Hanyu's mind is.
